Versatility In Notion = Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
This software is still as versatile as they come.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates to choose from and the learning curve wasn't so steep. Sometimes I find myself lost in figuring out how to do a specific thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to bring all of my small, task management needs and organize them in a way that fits my neurodivergent brain. I can customize it to work exactly how I need it to from large projects with multiple, complicated steps down to simple reminder tasks that I need to handle in my day-to-day. It helps me to keep track of all of my personal and professional tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Using Notion makes it easy to manage a digital product, my example here will be a blog, by giving a user the ability to create pages as if they were posts on a blog website.
By allowing the ability to create "infinite" pages through Notion, it allows the root page to act as a Category. This is great for breaking down blog post ideas and pre-emptively visualising how to structure the site before publishing anything.
Their UI is also very easy and satisfying to use. Buttons do what you would expect and nothing feels out of place or "janky". With this in mind, it would make contacting customer support a breeze, since I would know where to find it.

The main downside to Notion is its AI tool. While it is a great help in brainstorming ideas and fixing punctuation or grammar, it falls a little short in writing good-quality content. Some responses I would receive feel generic and lack more sophisticated thought than I would expect to receive from my prompt.
That being said, I appreciate the level of sophistication in the current AI model and that user input is a key factor in the result of a prompt, but more variation in the results would be nice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally use Notion to assist with my blogging website. I generally struggle with writing a solid blog post in the supplied software of the site, and much prefer using Notion to help with this.
Notion makes it such a breeze to create Headings, Paragraphs, Lists, add Images, etc. that I can't see myself using anything else.
I also enjoy using their AI system to help with brainstorming new ideas.

As a UX designer, I find Notion to be a versatile tool that significantly enhances my workflow. One standout feature I appreciate is its ability to swiftly take notes and generate summaries using AI, streamlining the process of capturing and organizing ideas efficiently.

A notable drawback for me is the absence of a dedicated presentation mode. It would greatly benefit my work if Notion offered a seamless transition to a presentation mode, allowing me to showcase and communicate my design concepts to my team seamlessly. Notion Keeps Us Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple it makes it to organize all of the manuals and guides we use to assist our support team. The Ai feature also helps a ton when it comes to keeping explanations simple and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
One complaint we receive from our team is that it can be difficult to find something quickly the way the search feature currently works. The new Ai search feature will hopefully help with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a while, we did not have a centralized knowledge base for our team. Implementing Notion into our processes has helped with onboarding new hires, and it helps existing employees keep up with what they need to know to assist our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love to have Notion as a space not only for academic/work notes but also for my personal life. The diverse template options definitely help to make everything organized efficiently, and I can always find everything I need easily with the simple yet convenient platform.

I'm logged out of my account sometimes when I do not choose log out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Notion AI would suggest prompts before I ask my question, and the interface to request a regenerated answer and/discard notes is also clear and intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The dynamic way I can use Notion. I use it as my CRM, content calendar, project management tool, note taking, recipe book, and so much more. I can also tie each of those pieces of my life and work together which adds even more value to my use of Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI has been a great addition to Notion, but it is hit or miss on what it can and can't do when I ask it to perform tasks. Sometimes it gets it right on the mark and then I can ask it a very similar question or perform a similar task and it gets it completely wrong. I'm hopeful that this will improve over time as I definitely see the potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the above, the biggest use is my project management and CRM. But it also acts as my content calendar and note-taking system. It benefits me both personally and professionally and it is a daily part of my life.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create new pages within pages and utilize the AI feature for spell/grammar check.

Not super intuitive, especially working with charts/calendars and linking them to particular pages. There's a learning curve, for sure.

It's able to grammar check my copy directly on the page with the AI feature, which is really helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I write PRD and lots of docs. Notion helps me to write a good doc. AI assistant is super helpful to clarify my points as non-native speaker

What do you like best about the product?
It's really the best tool for a visual person. It's easy to use, and you can do many things. With the integration of AI, Notion has become something I use all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes a learning curve when it comes to using it. However, something I would love to be implemented would be changing the tags on a calendar without having to click on the actual page. This means changing something from "not started" to "completed" without opening up the page, which would lessen the steps and make it simpler for us.

It has become my To-Do list and journal. I struggled when it came to writing on Word because it felt like I was writing an essay or something for school, which added to my writer's block. So Notion has made my life easier.
Notion is my lifeline in college.

I love the amount of features, I use so many to organize various parts of my life. Notion AI is also the best AI i've used and helps me study and create study materials.I use it daily.

I wish I could upload more documents without paying.
