Perfect for organizing your time in life and work
What do you like best about the product?
It can be easily integrate to your workflow at the same time that you can use it to organize your daily tasks.Its IA helps a lot to add new information to what I've shared to the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new users, it can be a overwhelming to see a lot of options where to click. Adding a new feature that depending on the needs from the user personalizes the interface would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to make sure I've completed some additional tasks to the daily ones I have to complete. It's a really useful tool to do so and to avoid surprises at the end of the month.

using notion i can makes workflow more effective and structed than using individual apps by combining several nore-taking, project management and task tracking tools into one.

The ability to store information accessible to all the business. It's repository can be synced with all main softwares and all the content can be easily shareable with colleagues and so so 'democratic'

Nothing much really. It really has all we need as a bisuness to streamline work

It enables all the team to easily collaborate and store testing results, design iterations and info about every section of the business. It's also help us with new colleague onboarding.

Notion now has smarter databases, a new Feed view, AI-powered research & meeting notes, and even Notion Mail to organize emails like a database — making work faster and more connected.

Overall great, but could improve offline support, speed with large workspaces, and mobile editing for complex databases.

I love the flexibility to set up tracking systems for all projects and tasks in any way needed for me and my processes.

There is a large learning curve to using all the neat ways to use Notion and it takes some homework and research to really use tools efficiently.

Notion ensures I do not forget things and allows me to track my progress.

The usefulness of using integrations like Drive to Notion, the configuration and design features, although few, are useful and practical to use, the integration of templates and its option of publishing as a website have helped me to be able to spread my knowledge acquired in classes to other colleagues.

I would like Notion to have more font options, the basic ones are good and accessible but I feel that having a font catalog would help to have greater creativity parameters.

Task organization problems, it helps me to keep better control of my time and keep track of the long list of pending tasks that I have.
