sometimes it gets slow and stuck when too many tabs of notion are opened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I have doubts about a specific subject, I use notion to learn.
Brilliant and highly customisable knowledge base

There are so many templates available, both free and paid, which allow for very easy and quick adoption.
There are many uses for Notion either personally on for a business, and allows for a great level of customisation. The continuous development means that there is always value being added.

There are too many options! It can be hard to know where to begin because it has so many use cases.

One central, customisable, easy to navigate and easy to update knowledge base for all key information for the project teams.
Notion is one of my favorite tools for project planning and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very intuitive to use. It is my preferred tool for planning and collaborating on projects, especially to define timelines and organize useful resources and information in databases. I also think it works very well as a company-wide internal documentation tool. I have used it almost everyday in the past couple years.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Search experience across pages is not so good. It has improved in the past few months, but could be better. Databases could be more seamlessly integrated with Google Sheets as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to store information in databases with an organized view and an increased user experience. It has more capacity to store in-depth pieces of information (like images, urls, tags, attachments...) for each item when compared to other tools. As a knowledge base, it works very well, providing a "landing page" for each internal team and project that enables me to compile and direct to multiple sources of information when necessary. This solves the problem of having documents stored across many different places and also the problem of visualization and ease of use of other tools.
Very pleases with using Notion at my organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement ideas, do a quick POC of a knowledge base and sharing information quickly with colleagues and even build presentations. We use this tool daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve to use the product for some colleagues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use it as a research and user repository for our product
Notion is literally my favourite app
What do you like best about the product?
The block system is so useful - I constantly move things around and Notion seamlessly deals with my chaotic mind. I also love the versatility of databases and the very natural commands in Notion. The UI/UX is truly so seamless and aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The answer to this used to be offline mode, but there's a lot you can now do while not connected to the internet. Also pushing Notion AI/ having it as a premium feature is a bit annoying, but hey, everyone's doing it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with note-taking, allows me to add diagrams easily, organise thoughts
Excellent collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a very powerful tool for documentation and cross-referencing of data. Databases are very powerful to integrate custom views into your pages and keep track of objectives. The base components provided by Notion are powerful building blocks for anything you want to build on top of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may sometimes encourage private documentation too much. Creating private or "only shared with a few people" pages will bring double documentation issues, inconsistency, and encourage silos. You will need a strong policy and cultural shift to keep information available and public.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a single place to cross-reference documentation easily, quickly and reliably, with the ability to present data exactly how we want, while also making this easy to implement for quick notes
Excellent tool for wide level of functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one place, easily linked together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that my entire company is not on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibillity and collaboration. Sharing knowledge and helping team members be autonomous and able to find answers for probems themselves and give visibility to others about what they are doing.
A modular platoform that can be ajudsted to your needs
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my daily go-to for organizing tasks and projects. It’s user-friendly, highly customizable, and integrates seamlessly with other tools I use, like Slack and zapier. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an all-in-one productivity solution!
It also has many templates, official and not-official. The community behind it is huge, and you can almost build anything with it.
