Notion: A Flexible All-in-One Workspace That Scales with Your Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how it consolidates documentation, project tracking, and knowledge management into a single, flexible workspace that actually scales with how you work. I use it to keep technical notes, architecture decisions, and ongoing project context in one place, which reduces context switching and lost information. The AI Writing Assistant is especially helpful for quickly summarizing notes and refining ideas, and the database system makes it easy to organize things in a way that evolves over time without needing to switch tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that its flexibility can become a downside as things scale, especially when structures aren’t well-defined upfront. It can get messy or inconsistent across teams, and performance can slow down with large or complex pages. Search and navigation, while improved, can still feel a bit limited when trying to quickly find deeply nested or loosely structured content, and the AI features, while useful, can sometimes be hit or miss depending on the context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of fragmented information and tool sprawl by giving me a single place to manage documentation, project context, and ongoing work. Instead of bouncing between docs, notes, and task trackers, I can keep everything centralized and structured in a way that’s easy to maintain. This reduces context switching, makes it easier to onboard or revisit past work, and ultimately helps me move faster and stay more organized.
Streamlined Management, Instant AI Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Notion is to use once you are familiar with it, and there are endless possibilities of things that can be built out. I appreciate the AI tool that helps you build whatever you want and customize it to your needs and preferences, making everything happen almost instantly. It's great for project management, team coordination, documentation, and as a business hub, providing a one-stop place for projects and tasks and keeping the team on the same page, reducing siloed conversations, and moving projects forward faster. The AI tool also made the initial setup fast and easy for me. Additionally, I have it linked to my Google Calendar and am in the process of linking it to Stripe, Zapier, Typeform, and our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to have training accessible for my team on how to use it. Although it's easy for me to use because I am in it and creating in it and have used it for years, it's more challenging for others who have never used it before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a central place for projects and tasks, ensures everyone is on the same page, reduces siloed conversations, and helps move projects forward faster.
Empowers Knowledge Management with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Notion is really clean and intuitive to use. I watched a few training videos, but actually, once I got the hang of it, it was really super easy to set up. I like the cross reference functions and I really like the new AI agents. The databases are something I absolutely adore, allowing me to put in up-to-date reports and forms. Notion is fantastic at scanning, using, applying, and creating all different types of documents from my knowledge. It's just such a helpful thing, which is brilliant. The cross referencing between pages allows me to pull information from different sources and make sense of things in a way I cannot do in any other tool. The AI agents have been really impressive, creating a whole training curriculum for me, saving so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the main thing that I would like to make a little bit easier would be to have a folder-type structure. You don't have folders as such, so I would say that that's probably the area that I'm getting used to. It could be a little bit easier to design the architecture sidebar. I suppose that would be my top preference. I think the other thing I'd say is sometimes I struggle to find the right place where I can import documents. Once you've got it, then it's quite easy to do. But those two bits don't seem quite as intuitive as some of the other things that I've been using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Notion safely stores all my knowledge and helps me create various documents. It's fantastic for scanning, using, and applying information. Plus, I can rely on Notion's AI for crafting training curriculum, saving me the need for external help.
Streamlined Project Management with Versatile Workspaces
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as my main workspace, and it really helps me keep everything organized as a project manager. It centralizes all the information, which reduces confusion and saves time. I like how flexible Notion is, allowing me to dedicate spaces for every need or project, and it adapts easily to how I work, making everything feel more organized and intuitive. Notion AI is a great addition; it helps me move faster, structure ideas, and save time on repetitive tasks. I appreciate how it understands what I need without having to over-explain. It assists me in building and creating full pages, building tables, and organizing information. Setup was a breeze, 10/10 would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to improve the web view because sometimes it lags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize my main workspace, centralizing all information and tasks in one place, which reduces confusion and saves time. It adapts to my work style and makes everything feel more organized and intuitive. Notion AI further enhances speed and efficiency in structuring ideas.
Project Management for Marketing Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as the hub for all things marketing at the B2B SaaS platform I work for! Notion takes notes for all my meetings and keeps them in one place, easy to find, and easy to search through. I use it to keep all my content organized with a pipeline from idea to published, and more! I love the UI of Notion, it's so pleasing to look at and easy to use! We have Notion integrated with ChatGPT and Slack, and they are super convenient to work across the different platforms. The initial setup of Notion was super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is when I am in a database table and it tries to edit the title of the page instead of opening the page. I just think the navigation in that aspect could be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep all my meeting notes in one organized, searchable place and manage my content through a complete pipeline from idea to publication.
Customizable, ADHD-Friendly with Room for Widget Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy you can customize Notion to fit you. You don't have to copy anybody else; you can literally create the space just for you, and I like that you can customize it that way. Also, I love the help of what Notion's AI does as well. Like, if I get stuck on trying to figure out a formula, I can go straight to Notion AI, and it will help me figure out the formula. The customization allows me to create dashboards that are tailored to how my brain works, which helps me reduce the overwhelm and allows me to have a flow within my day. The AI really helps if I get stuck on doing a formula for a database or if I'm not sure how to do anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the use of widgets could be a little bit better. I know a lot of the sites where I used to get my widgets from, they no longer do widgets. So having a built-in widget maker or a widget library in Notion would be awesome. At first, it was a little bit difficult. There is a learning curve with Notion. If you are not familiar with how to create databases and things of that nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay focused and productive, keeping me on track with my schedules and business tasks.
Flexible, All-in-One Workspace That Keeps Me Organised

What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel slow at times, especially with larger pages. The learning curve is also quite steep, and setting things up initially can be time-consuming and slightly overwhelming for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps solve the problem of scattered information by bringing notes, tasks, and databases into one place. It reduces the need for multiple apps, improves organisation, and makes it easier to manage projects, track progress, and collaborate efficiently.

Clean UI, customizable, easy to collaborate, can do a lot with it, like taking notes, writing docs, knowledge base.
