Centralized, Customizable, and Easy to Share
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is centralized, customizable, and shareable.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be more specific:
Not being able to organize favorites into sections.
The fact that pasting the page is not always easy, especially in tables, and that you have to open the page itself and click on the link. It’s not user-friendly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It centralizes company communications and instructions and makes them shareable. It makes it easier for me to explain things to new team members and to synthesize new information so I can share it. It’s our knowledge hub.
AI meeting notes are a significant help, intuitive settings.
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion because it allows me to visually represent and intuitively manage documents. The AI meeting notes feature is particularly helpful, as it provides a great resource saving by offering records and summaries of meetings, which is not easy to do in real-time during meetings. Additionally, I appreciate that the group and workspace settings are intuitive, making it easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion would provide the audit log via API.

Notion is convenient for visually representing and managing documents, and AI meeting notes save resources with real-time meeting records and summaries.
Versatile, Intuitive, and Collaborative Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both work and personal stuff, and I find it particularly effective for organizing materials, documents, notes, and timelines. It's really good for planning and documenting things. I value the clean layout and the way everything is in one place. The timeline feature has been great for documenting every activity in a separate, linked page. It's like Jira but more flexible and prettier. I also appreciate the option to share and collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little tricky to start from a blank page, with a lot of possibilities and things going on. I used AI help to structure my thoughts and the first page I've created. Instead of going to Gemini, there could be a direct question from Notion AI when you start a page, like 'what do you want to do?' And that it helps you create. I tried to integrate it with my Outlook calendar but needed my company's admin permissions and I gave up. There's a learning curve, as I didn't know where to start initially, but then it was intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my stuff like materials, documents, notes, and timelines. It's great for planning, documenting, and sharing with others.
Flexible, Thoughtful Structure That Improved How We Manage Tasks and Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Although having so much freedom to create can feel daunting at first, it has really made us think about our data and how we structure what we do. Working on this has helped us improve the way we handle our tasks and key documents, and be more intentional about how we organise them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recurring tasks: I was able to get it working, but it feels like this should be a core part of the system, without having to go through all the steps that were required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the tasks and key information are in one place. Previously, we were storing notes and information as tasks just to try to keep everything together. Now that we can have text, images, and links on a page, and then link our tasks to it, it has really helped.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything! The UI/UX is one thing that makes Go “let me note this knowledge document and share it with the team.” I love working on it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and very versatile. Especially, I love the notion because I can make a page to publish online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't use AI things on Notion, so sometimes its suggestion is sometimes annoying.

As a Japanese teacher, I share notes based on my class with my students via Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm finding great help in using Notion for both academic and personal organization. What I like the most is that it allows for neat organization, making it really useful for archiving scattered materials. Additionally, it's easy and convenient for collaboration since multiple people can view a shared page. Although it was difficult at first, I really like that it becomes easier with just a little use.

It would be nice if we could also put the title inside the toggle. It was difficult at first, but once you use it a little, it becomes convenient.

Notion helps in archiving scattered materials, and since multiple people can view a shared page, it's useful for academic and personal organization. I like it because the organization is neat.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion as my knowledge hub for work and to project manage events personally. It solves the problem of not needing to use spreadsheets and word documents by having everything in one place. I especially like being able to create pages that have everything I need for a project and the way I can link these pages together. The customizability is great, and formatting tasks are easier too. The initial setup was easy, and I'm quite likely to recommend it, giving it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better functionality in the databases with formulas and sums, allowing me to do more complicated formulas or sum/average different sections of a database.

I use Notion because it eliminates the need for spreadsheets and word docs by centralizing everything. I like creating detailed project pages and linking them together. It's customizable, with easy formatting.
