Notion keeps me organized
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to personalize how I store, manage, and organize information on Notion sets it apart from other apps. Because it tracks exactly what I need it to, I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that the original setup can take a while, as it is so heavily personalizable. It can be a heavy lift in the beginning to set it up to your liking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of project management, varied to-do lists, candidate tracking, people directories, and basic notes.
Easy and flexible
What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to start working very quickly. It is easy and intuitive and is designed to be shared and to work in a group easily. It's like making websites but easier than using Word. It's my go-to tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using databases, try to ensure they are not too large so they do not slow down. It is necessary to have a good internet connection as it does not allow for autonomous work locally. The export is not in a standard format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a teacher and Notion allows me to create flexible and easy-to-share knowledge bases. I can include all kinds of images, videos, links, and embeds without having to worry about everything that would be involved in creating a website for this purpose.
Really great and very innovative feature, as well as new things keep being added every quarter
What do you like best about the product?
Databases, love the way the act with relations a roll up, is helpful in many ways within the company I work
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI needs more improvement, specially looking into databases
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently do tech specs for our projects and databases help keeping it organized and to know the status of it from the table
Easy collaboration on Projects
What do you like best about the product?
That I can have an entire team access all the project information and at the same time allowing to track the progress that has been achieved by the team as an indivial. It also is very easy to intergrate with other tool that are relevant to the projects for easy acces to the information vital to the projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The search bar has diffulty finding tabs and projects that are within major projects when they are not typed in full and this is a pain. The search tab needs to be extensive to allow all projects and docs that have similar words pop-up to allow a user easily find their project
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and it has really help to keep track of all projects that I have been part of, including projects we have failed to complete, we have had always an opportunity to come back and review what made the project fail and how to manage it better to ensure it is a success.

The Only Place To Organize All The Moving Parts Of My Job
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is so easy to use and has so many features that make organizing my tasks and client management so easy! I use it every day to have a snapshot of what my day wil be comprised of - from meetings to task/priority lists. As well as using it for notes for meetings and any other thoughts that I want to be easily accessible. I went from using 2-3 apps to organize my work life to having it all in one place in Notion; making my days far less overwhelmed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I had a better way to share my Notion tables and kanban boards with my colleauges that do not have Notion. I would like to share my priorities and to dos that I keep track of Notion with my coworkers without having to publish it as a website or export a PDF. The PDF export usually has the columns cut off and the website links don't always load properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finally able to manage all of my clients projects and take notes all in one place.
Notion is a magical tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it so easy to document everything you need. The templates make it easy to get started, and their AI features make it even easier to create what you want. I use it every day in both my work and personal life. I would be incredibly disorganized without it. It's a phenomenal product all around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about it. It satisfies all of my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me communicate upcoming product timelines, keep track of all the projects I'm working on, and allows me to keep track of all my thoughts and various information.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organizate all the info. I mean, setting pages, setting bullet points and other commands (as toggle).
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it may be difficult to localize some info that you need. You can search on it, but it still difficult to find not using IA.

We document all the company info in Notion

Yes, better sincro with several tables, its difficult to "merge" different tables with similar values.

Notion has made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has made it very easy for me to prepare documents and collaborate effectively with my team. It has literally become our go-to knowledge base product that we use on a daily basis. It's very easy to setup, and the team is always very helpful whenever we need to reach out to them. Finally, the fact that we can easily connect notion to other products we use in the company has made it a game changer for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that I can't merge cells in notion, just like I can do in some other spreadsheets. This makes it difficult to prepare my tables the way I want them, sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps teams with documentation and serves as a repository for knowledge. This has been very key for my organisation, and even in my personal projects, as it makes it easier for us to collaborate asynchronously, share quick feedback on projects and save time. It's also easy to organise the projects for easy findability.
