A revolution for my productivity and organization
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its versatility and flexibility. It allows me to customize my workspace and adapt it to my specific needs and preferences. I can create different types of content, such as notes, tasks, databases, and wikis, all within a single platform. This level of customization and the ability to structure and organize information in a way that suits me best is truly valuable. Additionally, the seamless integration with other tools and the constant updates and improvements make Notion a standout choice for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I appreciate less is that there are occasional unexpected errors in Notion, which can be frustrating. Additionally, figuring out the best formula or approach for using Notion is not always intuitive and may require some trial and error.
Additionally, Notion can appear overwhelming for beginners due to its extensive range of features and possibilities. The learning curve might be steep initially, requiring some time and effort to become familiar with the platform.

Ai the real frontier
What do you like best about the product?
The most significant advantage by far is the lack of limitations because it allows me to believe that I can use the same platform in the long term.
I also like the integrations with external apps.
Finally, I'm loving the Ai

Finally, I'm loving the Ai
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of structure makes it hard to use and you need to invest a lot of effort organizing.
The thing I hate the most, almost a deal breaker, is how hard it is to export data. If you use Notion to prepare a document, it's almost impossible to convert it into a doc or an email.

Keeping everything in one place
Applying Ai into long documents
Create summaries and bullets using Ai on things that I'm working on, without going to a different platform.

Great for everything, overkill for specific things
What do you like best about the product?
Over time, Notion has proved to be essential at the organizations I have worked with, including the creation of collaborative and accessible Wikis, dynamic and adaptable syllabi for courses, keeping track of small to medium teams through different project management methods, and ultimately, replacing in many instances other tools, avoiding the need to jump from tool to tool. Furthermore, even in the cases where that is still needed, you have many options to embed them through somewhat acceptable integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be as straightforward or as complicated as you would like it to be. However, the initial learning curve can be overwhelming for many users, resulting in a painful onboarding process. Although you can access many templates from Notion and other creators, I can't remember a single instance where a template was fully used as intended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The most significant aspect is avoiding jumping from tool to tool to take notes, write, keep records, and manage teams or personal projects. Notion has become a dashboard for many things I do in my everyday activities.
Without doubt the best tool for students, work and organising life in general
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can nest pages and implement lots of different types of chart together. The implementation of maths and also collaboration across workspaces make it unrivalled for working on large projects. Widgets also are an addition that makes it something that google docs or word simply cannot replace.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is without doubt a learning curve in understanding how to use it most effectively. There could be more effective ways to teach people how to use it to it's top extent and how one could use all of it's features. The databases in particular are quite clunky switching between views and difficult to understand how to make best use of it. The tables also are just lots of cells - what's the difference between a table and a database?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that as a student I can create databases for difference modules that I take and split it up. Then I can take pdfs from class and put these into the database, creating toggles and then giving myself questions to review. This makes the studying process much better overall.
Very good, just wish the ai would generate better and more reliable information.
What do you like best about the product?
I like notion because its an aesthetic space that lets me organize my work in a great way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was an easier way to organize and setup different web pages and documents or connect websites to pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me create better outlines for school work, and organize my school dashboard.
Very good
What do you like best about the product?
Notion can integrate with other applications so that I can view all necessary information in one place. Notion is also very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, looks and feel of Notion is a bit "unprofessional".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can store all the information that I collected in a very comprehensive manner. It is less sophisticated than Excel, but it has many capabilities that Excel does not have.
Notion | Empowering Productivity with Style and Simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
Notion keeps evolving in ways that actually make a difference to my workflow as a PM. I’ve always loved the rich template library—it saves so much time when setting up docs like product roadmaps, sprint retros, and meeting trackers. The new AI template builder is especially helpful when I’m starting from scratch. Features like AI meeting summaries, Notion Mail, and smarter search (even across PDFs and Jira) have really improved how I organize and access information without jumping between tools. I’ve also started using conditional forms and interactive charts more often—they’ve made feedback collection and KPI tracking much smoother. Overall, Notion feels less like a note-taking app now and more like a real productivity hub for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion has become a core tool in my workflow, there are still a few areas for improvement. Performance can lag a bit when working with larger databases, especially on mobile or weaker connections. Offline support is still quite limited, which can be frustrating when I’m traveling or without stable internet. And while the AI features are helpful overall, they’re not always consistent—especially when it comes to summarizing across linked pages or generating context-aware tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves multiple problems by providing a versatile platform for writing PRDs, roadmap planning, note-taking, task tracking, and collaborative work. Its structured approach streamlines the creation of PRDs, while roadmap planning ensures clear project direction. The note-taking feature consolidates ideas and research, and task tracking simplifies project management. Additionally, Notion's AI writing assistant enhances productivity by offering suggestions for improved grammar and clarity, refining written content. This comprehensive toolset greatly benefits my workflow and productivity as a product manager.

It's not that easy to use in a first review, you must invest plenty of time until you are familiar with all possibility and templates available on it and made by community

Selforganisation and planing of life and work in one single place as well as providing different templates and usefull tools to be linked to it's pages and now the AI function
The tool that organizes my life
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most that you can create elements and resources without limit. It has a lot of tools and features to create whatever you want and connect everything easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't customize your forms to print a page with a personalized design. For example, if I want to print a page that is in a database, it will show all the properties, but if I don't want, I can't hide it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my life and my workflow easy. Now I can have all my information and data in just one place.
great app for academic notes
What do you like best about the product?
In my experience, the notion is an excellent platform for class notes; it has made academic life much easier. In addition, the support of artificial intelligence is of great help when we run out of ideas; we do not know how to start with a text.

In the case of disagreements, I have not had many, except that, at first, the interface was complicated for me, but it is a matter that can be solved with tutorials

It makes it easier for me to access my notes, and I can access them from any device. It also makes it easier for me to organize the information I need
