Notion is great for personal and small-business
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to fully run a start-up with Notion. It gives you flexibility and so much freedom. At times it may feel like a bit too much freedom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful to have more templates or even a designer aid that could be built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing, keeping track of details, having something for everything in one place.
Great for my second brain
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day. I like that I can organize my thoughts in a structured manner using Notion. I love the slash commands and the database features. I enjoy using both the desktop and mobile apps as well. There are several available templates out of the box which I find very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there would be an "offline" mode; this would be especially helpful when trying to lookup a document when I don't have good internet connection. I wish the linking databases feature could be more user friendly (or perhaps better docs on that).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used it a lot for project management. We also use it heavily as a knowledge database.

Organization and cross communication is what I love best

Need easier access to integrations - sometimes there it is hard to upload music files for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross user communication helps our teams as we are all remote. This is also used for creating our documentation.
Autonomy and simplicity
What do you like best about the product?
In a single tool, you have the functionalities you value from several tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Starting is not so simple, and downloading the database might not be the most user-friendly. Or at least it wasn't the last time I did it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing information and collaborating among teams that need to see different things (different focuses) from the same information.

Great tool for personal and professional organization

I use Notion mostly for my to-do lists, organizing databases and documentation. Its collaboration features make teamwork a breeze and integration with other tools help keep everything in sync. The mobile app and offline mode is great, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a lot of shortcuts and a wide range of features which (at first) makes it hard to adjust to, there is definitely a learning curve. Also, exporting data from Notion isn’t always straightforward.
