What do you like best about the product?
Databases. Collaboration. Incredible and unique experience that i would recommend to everyone
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that the interface pushes you to add members without telling you directly how much it's gonna cost you more. The fact that there are no emails to remind for billing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Can create an organization system very flexible in very little time. Create a knowledge base as well as a project management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create a personal dashboard of tasks and their corresponding projects. Easy to use, and I use Notionoften.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slight learning curve at first, but lots of resources and support available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing grant projects and reports, along with corresponding tasks
Great tool for merging and organizing and automating many tools at the same time

From the side of having many tools at the same time I've found very useful the tools for organizing and scheduling task for me and my peers and the addition of AI

The learning curve for many of those tools is wide

Customizable. Easy to organize. Allows me to collect my thoughts in a comprehensible way. Critical for my day-to-day workflow

It would be nice if it could use voice to text

I can save all my references, reading materials in an organized structure. Moreover, i can manage multiple projects as well with it

Subscription cost - if this could be dropped then maybe the adoption rate between organizations, government and nonprofits would be higher

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is easy to set up and navigation. I also like that we can build structured documentation in a way that suits our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge I've had thus far is getting varied departments to adopt notion. A creative team may find it easier to migrate to notion than a dev team with very technical documentation for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to establish a centralized knowledge base within our org which currently used multiple platforms across different departments

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about this tool is that it emcompasses so many different tools and features that would otherwise cost money if used individually. I use Notion as a second brain, a launchpad where I can conceptualize ideas, organize, and hold myself accountable for seeing projects in both my personal and professional life to fruition. For years I struggled with developing workflows and capturing information, but Notion solves that problem for me by providing a highly customizable hub for myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside to Notion (IMHO) is that there is a bit of a learning curve, especially if you're not coming from a technical background. The solution can be found in the plethora of online tutorials and premade templates, but I encourage folks to learn how to use Notion so they can really make it work for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you're like me and have an executive dysfunction, Notion can help you capture your thought process and better execute processes. You can also integrate it with other tools which is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that i can organize my entire life on notion, from work files and tasks to personal things and being able to track different aspects of my life and family. Everything has a place and i can easily find notes, files, etc. whenever i need it. Its one of the only apps i use everyday for everything. Literally a game changer in my life
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont live the sharing capability and how i need to switch to a totally different view to see what my husband has shared with me or coworkers. I wish it could all just stay in 1 view under a shared notes header on the side and im able to hide and show the ones i want to keep on my side bar.

Having everything in one place, easy to share and collaborate with others
The best tool for real-time collaboration is subjective and depends on specific needs, but popular options include Google Docs, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
