Love Notion
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of making a note, the speed at which I can get my hands on data I need, and the reliability of having that data wherever I need it - desktop or mobile,
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature has been useful in a few scenarios, like writing suggestions, but overall, I tend to rely on other AI tools more than the one built natively into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A central location to have all my notes, tasks, project information, ideas, and other lifes data.
Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
Its powerful feature of connecting databases, which makes it easy to link information and create a single source of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can sometimes feel overwhelming because of its steep learning curve and the sheer number of features. It’s powerful, but that also makes it harder for new users to set up without investing significant time. Performance can lag with larger workspaces or databases, and offline support is limited, which makes it less reliable when internet access is poor. Collaboration also feels a bit clunky compared to tools built primarily for real-time teamwork.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us centralize all our project documentation, tasks, and knowledge base into one platform. Instead of juggling between multiple tools, we manage workflows, meeting notes, and roadmaps in one place, which saves time, improves team alignment, and makes information easily accessible. This reduces duplication of work and ensures smoother collaboration across projects.
Notion has become an integral part of my work and I use it daily
What do you like best about the product?
Makes collaboration between teammates/orgs extremely easy and fluid
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the search bar was a little more accurate and leads with the most relevant info ie looking for an old playbook and entering words that may be within the previous Notion doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use notion as a recruiter daily to create/edit decision docs, hiring playbooks, collab sheets etc
Versatile Tool with Impressive AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's database tool incredibly useful, allowing me to filter and sort notes for various purposes. Tagging information is seamless and beneficial. The natural language search functionality is excellent, enabling me to quickly find past notes without sifting through each one. The AI tool, particularly for transcribing meeting notes, is phenomenal, freeing me to focus on meetings rather than note-taking.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel frustrated by having to continuously upgrade for certain features. While I understand the need for a pricing model, it can sometimes be confusing. I'm not sure if I’m supposed to pay for each feature separately or if there’s a single fee that covers all new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as my second brain, organizing and storing all my notes and thoughts digitally, making it easy to search past information and stay informed. It allows me to focus on meetings by transcribing notes automatically, enhancing my productivity.
Next Level Notetaking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, easy to structure. Clean UI. AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can do a lot, but only if you're proficient with Notion.
If it can offer templates, or templates built by other Notion users (like dashboards, database structures), that would be a huge win.
If it can offer templates, or templates built by other Notion users (like dashboards, database structures), that would be a huge win.

I love Notion’s customizability and how it lets me create an ideal system for managing my life, business, and website. The tool's automation capabilities are fantastic, allowing me to connect systems and trigger actions effortlessly, making it my primary command center. I appreciate the publishing feature for easily sharing content whenever needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging that people don't understand how to use Notion. I would implement standard templates for workspaces to help users better grasp its functionalities.

Intuitive, Versatile, but Needs Better Integrations for its AI products.
What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly easy to use, and its composability with other tools makes it the best knowledge tool in the market. It provides the simplest path to track knowledge, whether it's right in the browser or integrated with other apps like Slack. Setting up Notion was super easy, probably the easiest tool in this space, which was a significant plus for me. We chose Notion from the start because of its well-known brand name and its focus on being developer-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI product in Notion isn't as helpful as others like Dust because it doesn't read into Gong, Slack, etc. I wish we could authorize Notion to read data from Gong and Slack to inform our internal wiki more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as a singular knowledge management system, prevents information staleness, and integrates smoothly into other apps like Slack, enhancing our internal resources and productivity.

Notion- Time management
What do you like best about the product?
I can set it up exactly how I want, whether that’s a simple to-do list, a full project tracker, or a detailed calendar. Everything is in one place, and I don’t need to switch between multiple apps to manage my schedule and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel overwhelming at first. There are so many features and options that setting things up takes time, and if you don’t customize it properly, it can end up feeling more complicated than helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve the problem of having tasks, notes, and plans scattered across different apps. Instead of jumping between a calendar, sticky notes, and reminders, I can keep everything in one place. This saves time, keeps me more organized, and makes it easier to actually stick to my schedule.
