What do you like best about the product?
The software is very flexible but it remains very minimalistic and easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
I like the verstatility and the endless options to customize the interface you interact with. It saves time and can eliminate emails or messaging with other colleagues or partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to share with external clients or other partners some projects. Its either complicated to organize the permissions and sometimes its not quite certain whether the person invited needs to make an account with notion or not in order to collaborate on a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves so much time. It can gather important information and eliminate long web searches. The main benefit is that i compose important information (like quostionnaires, step by step lists or other important text) and save so much time and add value to my interaction with my clients.

It's a bit of a one stop shop. I use it to keep notes, track my to dos, manage a database of users of my product and a manage a project timeline.
Easy to use, many features, easy to teach to colleagues.

Need to create "databases" to use charts or tables.

Limited mobile functionality - Even though Notion offers mobile applications for iOS and Android, i have found that certain advanced features or complex layouts may not be as easily accessible or functional on mobile devices compared to the desktop version.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is an amazing tool that my team and I use on a daily basis. Although there is still room for improvement, we see that they are upgrading quickly and launching new features at an amazing pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were an individual page where I could chat with the AI, similar to Chat GPT. Although I do have my own private page, the layout is not optimal. I would like to be able to save all my conversations in a tidier way so that I can review them later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best use case for me is writing reports to send to my clients. Using the Improve Writing tool allows me to clarify my ideas and improve the overall quality of my writing. In fact, I never write any text without running it through Improve Writing first.

Simple to Use and Highly Recommendable
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mostly as a documenting tool where I can keep all the information my future self will need. I like that it doesn't have much noise, the features are very simple, the UI isn't cluttered and I can get to anywhere with just two/three clicks. I don't know about any competitors, but the idea of changing to another product doesn't even cross my mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of sharing a document could be more obvious, I always get the sense I'm not doing something right when I could just copy and paste the link to someone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is great to create technical documents - templates work very well and I like the level of customization provided. It makes product control way more accessible and discussions easier, since everyone can comment on documents and start talking points.
