Organizational Powerhouse with Customization Perks
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion as an all-in-one tool because it lets me plan projects, take notes, track tasks, and even build a small database without needing multiple apps—it’s really a lifesaver. The database feature is amazing; I can organize client info, projects, and tasks in different views without using a spreadsheet. Plus, the level of customization is fantastic—I can build it exactly how I need instead of having to fit my workflow into some generic template. It's easy to set up and replace using multiple tools for a single task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have some concerns about privacy because as per their policy, they can see user data and there's no encryption. It also takes a lot of time to understand all the features.

My Go-To Second Brain for Daily Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how seamlessly everything is integrated within the platform. The availability of both dedicated desktop and mobile apps makes it easy to stay connected and productive across devices. I also value how efficiently it handles meeting notes and how intuitively pages are organized—making information easy to structure, access, and manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limited formatting options compared to tools like Confluence, or at least the formatting features feel less intuitive and harder to use. As a result, creating more structured or visually formatted documents can sometimes be challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion serves as a central personal knowledge hub where I can organize information, manage work, and integrate AI to enhance productivity. Its meeting note–taking capabilities help keep discussions and action items structured and easy to reference. With custom databases, I can build lightweight, tailored workflows that function almost like small applications—helping me streamline tasks and stay organized without needing separate tools.
Versatile, Portable, but Initially Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for multiple purposes like written notes and roadmap templates for IT field job roles. I like how easy it is to access the notes at any time on any device and share the templates just like a real PPT, which adds to its overall portability. I appreciate being able to insert data and use it on any device. The content formatting settings and the 'ask AI' feature are great; I use them on a day-to-day basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
During my initial use of Notion, everything felt clumsy due to a lot of settings. It's very difficult for new people to navigate those numerous settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for easy note access on any device and sharing templates. It simplifies content formatting, and I like using the AI feature daily.
Effortless Organization with Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for all our product and process documentation, playbooks, whiteboard sessions, and content and marketing. It's super easy to create projects, add multiple people, and the searchability of documents is the best. Creating teamspaces in Notion is great for organizing and syncing projects and folders with our calendar. The initial setup was pretty easy with an easy UI, and it's easy to invite teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion calendar could be improved much better to be as good as a content management system to scale up the content & auto posting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes organizing documents effortless, with easy project creation and excellent searchability, unlike complicated folder systems.
Revolutionized My Workflow—All-in-One Organization Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has completely transformed the way I manage my business. Rather than juggling notes, project management tools, documents, and scattered ideas across multiple platforms, I now have everything consolidated in one place. My thoughts, frameworks, client work, and overall operating system are all organized, searchable, and interconnected.
What I appreciate most is the clarity it brings. I’m no longer just reacting to tasks; instead, I’m working within a system I genuinely trust. I have the freedom to design my own workflow, rather than being constrained by the limitations of other tools. This shift has been a real game changer for my strategy, planning, and long-term growth.
Although it required some initial effort to set up properly, the benefits have been significant: I make decisions more quickly, maintain better focus, and experience much less mental clutter.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve, particularly as you begin to create more advanced systems—I experienced that myself. In the early stages, I often had to pause, reconsider my setup, and simplify things before everything started to make sense. Offline functionality still leaves something to be desired, and as your workspace grows, you may notice some performance slowdowns.
However, in my experience, these drawbacks are minor compared to the benefits. I finally have a single system that has replaced the chaos of using multiple disconnected tools. Now, everything is integrated and organized in one place. That shift alone has helped me become more focused, consistent, and effective in managing my business.
Notion isn’t perfect, but it’s the most powerful work environment I’ve ever created for myself.

Notion has addressed some significant challenges for me, particularly when it comes to mental overload. Before I started using it seriously, my ideas, client notes, projects, frameworks, and priorities were scattered across various tools and documents. This constant fragmentation meant I was always expending energy just to remember where everything was stored. Now, everything has a dedicated place, and I no longer waste mental energy searching for information or worrying that something important might be overlooked. Instead, I can focus on thinking, making decisions, and executing my plans.
Another major improvement is the elimination of chaos from managing multiple tools. Rather than switching between different task managers, note-taking apps, documents, and spreadsheets, I now work within a single environment that I’ve tailored to fit my workflow. This shift alone has made my days more efficient and much less fragmented. I’m no longer simply reacting to tasks as they arise; I’m operating from a system with clear priorities, structured workflows, and visible progress.
Perhaps the greatest advantage is the long-term leverage I’ve gained. My thoughts, frameworks, sales insights, and hard-earned lessons are no longer trapped in my mind or lost in old files. They’re now captured, organized, and easily reusable, allowing my value to build over time rather than starting from scratch each week. As a result, I make decisions more quickly, maintain better focus, and truly feel in control of my business—not just busy, but actively steering things in the right direction.

Flexible Organizer, Needs Faster Performance
What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Notion for organizing my work and personal tasks, as it helps me plan my day, store ideas, and collaborate with others. I particularly like its flexibility, allowing me to customize pages exactly the way I want, whether it’s for notes, task tracking, or project management. The templates, databases, and clean interface stand out to me, making it easy to organize information, link pages, and maintain a structured environment without feeling cluttered. Additionally, it solves the problem of scattered information by organizing everything in one place, helping me stay focused and manage my time better.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that doesn’t work very well for me is performance. Sometimes Notion feels slow, especially when pages have a lot of content or databases. The learning curve can also be a bit high for new users because of how many features it has. Better offline support and faster loading would really improve the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my work and personal tasks by keeping everything in one place, helping me manage projects, track tasks, and stay focused by solving the problem of scattered information.
Centralized Workspace for Seamless Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as an all-in-one workspace to organize both my professional and personal work. It helps me manage projects, track tasks, store technical notes, and maintain structured documentation in one place. I appreciate its flexibility and customization, allowing me to build pages, databases, and workflows exactly the way I want. Databases and views are extremely powerful, letting me switch between table, board (Kanban), calendar, timeline, and list views to track the same data in different ways. This adaptability is great for task management, documentation, planning, and knowledge storage—all consolidated in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can feel slow with very large databases, and offline access is limited. Some advanced features (like formulas and relations) have a learning curve, and real-time notifications or automation aren’t as strong without third-party integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as an all-in-one workspace to organize work and life, managing tasks and projects efficiently. It solves the problem of scattered information by centralizing my projects, tasks, and notes into one searchable space, making them easy to track and update.
Flexible and Intuitive, But a Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Notion. The ability to create custom pages, databases, and templates makes it easy to organize notes, tasks, and information exactly the way I need. These features let me structure information in a way that fits my workflow. I can track tasks, store notes, and update documents all in one place, which reduces context switching and keeps everything organized. Once familiar, it becomes very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial learning curve can be a bit steep, and performance can slow down when working with large or complex pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps centralize notes, tasks, and documentation, reducing clutter and improving organization. It makes information easy to find and update, reducing context switching and keeping everything structured.
Fluid Workflows with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fluidity to change the views and connect everything together with ease in Notion. I don't have to spend time creating multiple views because I can use Notion to create one view and ask the Notion AI to create the rest. The initial setup of Notion was fairly simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion could be improved on things like importing an Excel spreadsheet and also exporting one. Additionally, using Notion on the iPad would be better if you could actually integrate the use of the Apple Pencil to write manually and not just type. Improving your AI capabilities and understanding would also be beneficial. It would be nice if it integrated into Monday.com easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing complex details of event production with fluidity, connecting everything together easily. I don't need multiple views since Notion AI can create them from one view, saving me time.
