What do you like best about the product?
I am able to create my own pages and methods of tracking information and notes without relying on the restrictions of other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see better use of the automations. There are times where I want to minimize the amount of items I have on a page, and having something like an auto archive feature after a certain status change would be helpful. Right now I have to use filters which don’t always stay. The goal is to build a notion that can be automated.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create a better place to keep all my notes for work, and also spend downtime working on making the platform better which is fun.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find the integration between Notion and other tools such as Google Calendar and Gmail lacking. It is challenging to connect these platforms to effectively add or block time for preparation or completion of tasks, which would greatly enhance my workflow. Additionally, there is a need for better data synchronization between Notion and these external tools to ensure seamless transitions and updates across all platforms I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to efficiently schedule calendar events, track tasks, and quickly find sales knowledge. It helps me prepare for calls using stored data and is simple to set up and use.

I find Notion incredibly valuable because it keeps everything in one place with an intuitive, user-friendly interface that makes it easy to find and organize all my tasks and information. Having used Confluence before, I find Notion's usability to be far superior, as it's notably easier and more straightforward to navigate. It's not just one tool; it's a set of building blocks (like text, databases, calendars, and code) that lets you create a single, custom hub for everything.
For Job: I can manage complex projects, create a team wiki, track tasks, and take meeting notes—all in one place.
For Study: I can build a "second brain" to take class notes, organize your research, track your assignments on a calendar, and plan your thesis.

Limited Native Charts: The built-in charts (bar, line, donut) are very basic. They lack the advanced customization that tools like Excel or Google Sheets have had for decades.
Clunky Workflow: You can't edit data directly from the chart view; you have to go back to the database.
Slow & Limited: Charts based on complex databases (with many relations or rollups) can be extremely slow to load.

I find it challenging that it's not easy to customize my pages in Notion. This limitation affects my ability to tailor content presentation according to my preferences, which can be frustrating.

Effortless Data Management and Access with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a cloud based work space for our business that helps us in storing all of our business data through tables and advance Excel sheets. This platform helps us in accessing our old data of different departments just in few minutes from wherever and whenever we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform gives best experience whenever we access it online. The offline flexibility of notion is not that good, this software is slow whenever we try to load large PDF pages. Also, I feel that the security of cloud storage is not that strong as compared to Google work space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software helps us in reducing communication and mis-confusion as all the departments can work on a same projected the same time by knowing their niche part of the project. We are also able to track the progress of current task that has been assign to us and know the percentage of its progress.

The side bar is not very organized and the categories can be classified better.
