Notion Makes Company-Wide Organization Intuitive, Customizable, and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
It gives us the possibility to customize relationships between pages according to our needs. We use it to define initiatives, inside which we define projects, then stories within projects, and finally tasks within stories — each level representing a shorter time horizon and more detailed execution. It’s easy to navigate between these levels and create different views (for example, to see only my projects or my stories).
It also allows automation and API connections, which is very powerful. While some features are still missing (such as setting background colors for rows/columns in tables or having true full-width pages), I trust they will be added over time. It’s fast and works well for collaborative work through commenting and sharing.
Overall, Notion is intuitive, which makes it easy to centralize the organization of the whole company in one place. Many people are also using it for personal purposes, so they are increasingly familiar with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
If it’s easy to create many relationships between pages, it’s also easy to get lost and forget where a page was placed. This means we need to stay well organized, otherwise the structure can become confusing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us track projects clearly and move faster, as we can easily identify and discuss blockers. Before, each person had their own way of organizing projects, which made it difficult for managers to properly follow up. Now, we’ve structured Notion in a way that makes it easy to track everything and avoid missing important tasks or initiatives.

I really like Notion for its easy-to-use interface and simple setup. It offers a huge range of features for documenting. Notion AI is a very handy feature, helping me to find information or clarify a question quickly. What I like most about Notion is how easily it adapts to the way I think. I can start with something simple like a to-do list and gradually turn it into a structured system using tables, tags, and linked pages. Because Notion is so flexible, it can take time to decide how to structure things properly. Without a clear setup plan, pages can become cluttered. Performance can also slow down slightly when working with larger databases.

Notion solves the problem of scattered information across multiple tools. Instead of keeping notes in one app, tasks in another, and planning documents somewhere else, everything lives in a single workspace. I really like the AI tool in Notion, even though I don't use it right now. It makes it so much easier to build things and also the logic behind them.

It’s one of the best because it’s very simple to use and easy to understand. The features are amazing!

There’s nothing I dislike about it. May be more contrasting it can be made.

It helps all the associates go through the policy docs quickly and understand them better. It also helps me audit the chats more effectively by using the Notion docs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Notion is synced everywhere, so I can access it in different apps, which is super convenient. The ability to connect Notion with N8N is a big win for me, as I'm creating different N8N agents and need to keep track of things or add info. Setting up Notion was very easy for me. I successfully exported everything from Evernote and imported it into Notion right away without any hassle, which made the transition smooth.

I would like to have more freedom with templates, but that is minor.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for work, study, and my personal life. It helps me organize my calendar, manage my college assignments, and keep my finances updated, which I love. It keeps me on track with my work. I like the simplicity and the fact that everything on Notion works. I only need Notion and nothing else like a diary or calendar. Notion solves all my organization problems.

I find that the sidebar is still a bit confusing for me. There are some organization tools that could be improved.

I find it very practical. It's very quick to create things and share them. I like the access to widgets. Being able to centralize information in one place and access it so easily.

I sometimes have trouble getting the columns to look the way I want them to. I don't really understand what it's based on.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for almost everything, including personal notes, organizing, and databases. I really appreciate that it's free; it's seriously been a life changer for me. I like how I can put everything in one go, and it's visually nice and organized, which is amazing. I particularly value the database and formula features, as they're basically replacing Excel for me and making things look more neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to check the relation/roll-up map, sometimes I get confused and have to replace quite a lot of pages. Initial setup is quite hard and takes a lot of time. I wish there are some officially approved templates to start from.

I put everything in one place with Notion. It's visually nice, organized, and amazing. It replaces Excel and makes everything neat.
