What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create data tables in Notion. The enterprise search feature allows for better project management and helps in synthesizing information quickly. The new AI functionalities are impressive as they allow us to create Notion pages very quickly with all the relevant information. I also love the meeting function and the ability to record key insights and summaries, keeping everyone across the organization in the loop.

The to-do's functionality.

Notion allows me to quickly understand information in a distributed work environment and synthesize different documents and pages. It helps me collect information more quickly, share with teams, and improve my workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's integration with Claude, as it helps me create tasks automatically. The easy-to-use interface and AI search function are extremely helpful, especially when handling a lot of information. Having an AI that understands my questions and finds the right answers and references within Notion saves me a ton of time searching for answers. Additionally, the initial setup was so easy, and I love the SSO feature.

Sometimes my recents don't show up in the side bar!

I use Notion for organizing trainings and a knowledge base. Its AI understands questions, saving me time by finding answers quickly. Claude integration automates task creation, making workflows smoother.

I use Notion for a lot of things, and I love how it helps keep our small business tasks organized. It helps us stay on top of a schedule, which is really valuable. I love how easy it is to work Notion into our everyday work life. We value the task and meeting recording options the most. The initial setup of Notion for our team was very easy!

I wish it was easier to integrate into Outlook. I just wish it would integrate without having a bigger problem.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Notion AI feature, which I think is one of the best AI tools out there. It helps me conceptualize and make sense of things, which is really valuable. I also appreciate the design aspect of Notion. Setting it up was very easy for me, and I even use it outside of work.

I don't think there are many flaws. Maybe giving more alternative responses.

I use Notion to find info in forms and answer questions already in Slack. It helps me conceptualize and make sense of things.
Organize Your Life, But Watch Out for Costly Credits
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for tracking appointments and procedures, managing mail, running agents, and organizing my life and schedule all in one place, making it a valuable repository for personal information and knowledge. I like the ease of use once you overcome the learning curve and appreciate the colorful accents added to its simple interface. Notion's Agents feature enhances my experience through automation. It's more dynamic than other tools I've used, not just a series of notes, but a smart data storage system that lets me display information in various ways. I wasn't using Notion too heavily in the last few months but since they've rolled out the Agents feature with connectivity to mail and calendar, it will be a core part of my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not happy with having to pay for credits. I wish there was a better pay structure. Credits will severely limit my happiness with this product which is otherwise perfect and continues to improve. I also found the initial setup fairly challenging and watched many YouTube videos. I wish they'd recognize that not everyone works on a team, and there should be a separate pay scale for individuals. It's not fair to have to pay for a business workspace.

I use Notion to organize my life in one place, manage my schedule, and store personal knowledge. It acts like a second brain, dynamically storing and displaying data in various ways.

I use Notion in my company to organize documents like software guides and onboarding materials. It has really helped us serve as a company data center, where we can easily find all the information related to processes, development flow, and guides. I like how Notion offers format options and customization, allowing us to present information in a user-friendly format that can be quickly understood. Customization options like headers, icons, and page layouts make data more accessible and understandable than normal documents. The initial setup was pretty easy.

Maybe the AI could be less generalist, and return documents more relevant for users.

The variety of tools it has, Notion AI is my favorite

It took me some time at the beginning to learn how to use the tools. Notion AI meeting notes sometimes get stuck.

Note taking during meetings, it gives me very good notes and includes action items.
