I use Notion for EVERYTHING
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to manage EVERYTHING. From life tasks and goals, to keeping track of recipes, to running my entire business, to writing projects—it handles it all. Having AI built into my knowledge management system really makes everything a lot easier as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I don't like about notion currently
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me keep track of anything and everything while also providing the tools for me to build and grow my business.

What do you like best about the product?
Today we manage all the company's documents in Notion. It is an easy-to-learn tool, full of solutions and integrations, in addition to allowing many customizations. It is practical and quick to locate documents, and it has a beautiful interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when we organize a Wiki, some pages may be deleted/lost because they were not visible to the people who were organizing. I think a notification like "your page [page name] was deleted by another user. If this is a mistake, restore the page within 30 days from the trash." Or something like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge base, mainly. I can search for any topic of the company, and it will suggest the correct documents to me. It also suggests documents that are frequently visited by other collaborators. We can control the progress of projects, KPIs, tasks, and agreements, all in one place. It's excellent.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is. I'm constantly making changes to the platform to improve workflows. The automations have saved me a TON of time. We couldn't do what we do without the help of Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really anything about Notion that I don't like. Every workflow that I have wanted to put in place, I have been able to find a way to do it with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps keep us organized and on target. We are CONSTANTLY adding new clients. We wouldn't be able to manage it all without the help of Notion. We track project progress. We automate communication. We translate copy. We do 90% of the work needed from a project management standpoint within the Notion platform.

Flexibility. Customizability. One tool where everything is - it connects to all your external tools too. For us it is a daily use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workspaces require some constant care in structuring and clean up else can get cluttered.

One place to find all information - from HR to Engineering to Product to OKRs to Townhalls.

Notion is a true productivity powerhouse. Its intuitive database management capabilities make organizing information effortless, while its flexibility allows teams and individuals to customize workflows to their exact needs. As a single source of truth, it keeps everything—from notes and tasks to complex project data—centralized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a great tool, but its lack of full offline functionality can be frustrating for those who need to work without an internet connection. While its database feature is powerful, it doesn’t offer the same level of integration or advanced formulas you’d find in tools like Google Sheets or Excel—functions like XLOOKUP simply aren’t available, limiting complex data manipulation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of scattered information by bringing notes, tasks, databases, and project documentation into one centralized platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can manage everything—from personal to-do lists to team project dashboards—in one place. This single source of truth reduces miscommunication, keeps information up to date, and saves time that would otherwise be spent searching across different apps. Its customizable structure also means I can adapt it to my exact workflow, making it a highly efficient productivity hub.

I love the ease of use and all the features available. I'm always finding new ways that I like to do things to help.

The sharing system can sometimes be clunky or laggy

Notion helps keep my mind in one place. I have my hand in so many pots without notion I couldn't keep it straight.

I love the projects/task list organizing functions. They save my life.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to set up sometimes--i had to watch youtube tutorials and ask someone for help but now everything is set up perfectly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have many different workflows and tasks within them. Notion makes it easy with my task list to udnerstand what to prioritize, what deadlines are approaching and avoid having anything fall through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Notion is the flexibility it offers for doing pretty much anything - from daily life, school & education, work, and others. I also have been enjoying Notion Calendar, which integrates seamlessly with my Google Calendar account and offers easy features that can help with scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can sometimes be very complex to set up different databases, and the flexibility can be a negative (especially if you're a new user) because there are a lot of features that can be used in different ways. It is definitely a learning curve to use Notion effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Notion is solving for me is the following:
1. Help synthesize and rephrase information in a different way to provide multiple perspectives
2. Take notes in 1-1 meetings where it can be difficult to take notes while talking (and does this very effectively, with great action items)
3. Help rephrase my writing or give suggestions on how I can improve my writing when I feel it is insufficient
