Great Knowledge Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to access, used daily (often to track our morning and evening check-ins), and allows me to easily nest and assign different tasks / subtasks

Frequent updates can be inconvenient at times

Notion provides the homebase for all of our employees to track, store, and share analysis

What do you like best about the product?
It’s AI capabilities are amazing. I can search anything within the knowledge base of my company. And meeting notes is amazing as well

I don’t think there are things I dislike about notion. This tool is perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a centralized place to find any information about the company, and allowing me to get meetings notes well organized.

I love how flexible notion is - I can use it for any project or document necessary.

Sometimes it can be challenging to think through the best way to set something up to scale.

A central place to keep things documented across my company and keep up with my daily and weekly tasks with projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize notes and keep inserting pages within other pages
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside for now. I would say, tables could be a bit more flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me organize my classes as an English Teacher. And being able to have an AI assistant built into the software is gold.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly flexible and can adapt to almost any workflow — from personal to-do lists to full-scale project management and company knowledge bases. I love how it combines documents, databases, wikis, and task boards into one platform. The real-time collaboration features make it easy for teams to stay aligned, and the ability to create custom templates saves hours of setup time. Integrations with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zapier make it even more powerful, and the design is clean, intuitive, and enjoyable to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, its flexibility can be overwhelming for new users. It requires some initial time investment to design a workspace that fits your needs, and performance can occasionally lag with very large databases. Offline access is limited compared to other tools, which can be a challenge when working on the go without a stable internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as our Master Control Point (MCP) to centralise all information about our deals, from prospecting through to post-sale. Having a single source of truth means everyone has full context without needing to jump between multiple tools. Notion AI’s search functionality makes it fast to find exactly what we need — whether it’s deal history, meeting notes, or supporting documents — which saves time, improves decision-making, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.

AI helps organize my thoughts within my own workspace. Overall; notion helps us stay on task and communicate more efficiently as well

The only downside is that notion AI cannot generate images

What do you like best about the product?
Notions AI has been really helpful to me as the AI meeting function takes not only my lecture notes but also my meeting minutes and gives them to me in the form of study notes, making my uni life a lot easier. I use Notion AI for almost all of my meetings and lectures, giving me the information that I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had most cusomisation to it as it is really hard to customise stuff such as the fonts. The 3 current fonts are nice but if Notion has some connection to Google Fonts and we could select custom fonts, that would be really nice. Same goes with default heading customisations. If we could customise the headings in our notion page such as all heading 1's are a specific colour, heading 2 is another colour etc. This would make it a lot easier to customise and make our pages a lot more aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my University problem as well as society problems. In my society, there is no structure, documents were everywhere, there was nothing keeping track of information however now with the use of Notion and by me creating a custom template for our society Notion page, it has made our society function is a cleaner way. In the same way, my notes use to be everywhere with google docs and word would take up too much space on my HD with the amount of notes and documents I need downloaded for uni however with Notion, its possible to have everything collected together without draining my storage.
Notion AI is Amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
Notions AI tool is an incredibly effective way to systematize and organize information in my account. The AI is essentially inherently trained on all of your pages, meaning that any page can be accessed by the AI. This means that on any given page, prompts given to the AI will be able to access all other pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although I would not say I dislike notion, if I had to give any critiques, I would request more color and font options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a teacher, notion helps me to organize my class notes and resources. The AI assistant helps me to create resources for my students based on the notes I have already uploaded.

I love how organized I can make my life using it, especially the workspaces allow me to keep work and school speerated

It hasn’t really added more features and I feel like list and canvas in slack are taking away from its market size

Taking notes when I’m trying to learn something new and also being able to access data base rapidly and import csv
