I live on Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and customise. I love the shortcuts, I try to use word again and it feels SO old.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could do recurring events in a calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management - can track project tasks and collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Notion is its versatility. It allows you to create a dedicated page for anything, from organizing trips and shopping lists to managing work tasks. You can also use it to jot down notes and store important information. I'm also a big fan of the AI tools at notion, which I use to draft emails, essays, and so on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I have difficulty opening it as it crashes or requests for updates very frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize everything in one place, rather than using multiple apps for different tasks. Assists in writing email drafts and performing translations more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
I especially love that it offers ready-made templates that I can customize to fit my needs. Whether it's for organizing my budget and savings or planning trips to a particular destination. It's incredibly helpful that it provides ready-made vacation plans along with suggestions for tours, hotels, and restaurants.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's design looks slightly outdated, it could use a color change and have options for users to choose their interface.

It helps me more easily organize my budget and optimize my daily tasks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project Management with different teams and different projects. It is benefiting me with its flexibility that allows me to configure the projects as needed compared to others solutions in the market.
We also use Notion for Knowledge Base which whith the AI Writing Assistant make all the team life much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
i is my one stop to organize my entire life, would be at a loss without it. I love how I can keep my notes and pages organized while having access on multiple devices. I use it everyday and I am impressed by all the templates and features availiable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, major. It has a learning curve but is easy to use once you get used to it

It helps me with writing inspo and is my go to for notes

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easier to use for more people than more enterprise-focused knowledge management systems. We use it for our church's staff knowledge and can see using this across our volunteering teams as well. Notion AI is also a great add-on to have the writing editor within the tool and the search function helper.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI-assisted search: Other tools would work better for the search assistant AI but I'm sure it will keep improving. If you plan to use notion as a customer support knowledge base, probably go for another tool because the AI-assisted search is a paid member feature. (It would have been much better to have this built-in for free for all users.)
AI upgrade NFP pricing: It would have been good to have the discount % given to NFP's for the normal membership extended to this Notion AI as well.
Project management tools are lacking: This is in development but has a while to go before easily practical.
Database automation are lacking: Eg you can't be specific on an automation trigger. Most fields are limited to a single property trigger of 'edited'. This is very limited. Versatile ITTT statements would be much appreciated. EG: if duedate property date has past, mark status property overdue and notify the person assigned.

knowledge capture throughout the team. This saves us time and helps standardise what we do. We also use it for operational workflows/pipelines. This is helpful to standardise processes.
It’s better than any other notetaking product on the market that I’ve tried to use.
What do you like best about the product?
It's flexibility and it's use of databases that really no other application like it leverages. It makes it so flexible and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like using the mobile apps a lot and the iPhone app tends to not be as feature complete as the iPad app or the Web app and I find that a little disappointing. Also, there's no native Linux application application either Flatpak or AppImage, so I'm forced to use the Web app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving home lab documentation, databases of all the games and movies I have, research on different products that I would want to buy, and writing articles for my blog. It seems like every day I'm finding new uses though.

I like the easy user interface and the factbthat it is so flexible.

Sometimes the speed isnt good but I think its imrpoving recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working as a remote team its difficult to keep in touch and exchange documents in one place. Notion solves this.
A wonderful program for someone with a neurodiversity
What do you like best about the product?
I adore Notion, recently started using all the templates and I love it! It’s a great program for someone with a learning disability and the AI is top notch. This is a viral tool.

The task to Kanban board could be clearer.
