  • August 05, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how flexible Notion is - I can use it for notes, task lists, projects tracking, or even personal stuff like habit tracking. The drag-and-drop blocks make it really easy to build pages the way i want. I also like how everything stays synced across devices, so i can pick up where i left off anytime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit slow to load, especially with large pages. Offline access could also be better - it's not always reliable when i don't have internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything organized in one place - notes, tasks, and projects. It saves me from switching between multiple tools and makes it easier to stay focused and on track.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about the Notion is that it is flexible in use. Integration and implementation is also easy. It adapts to your needs without forcing you into rigid structure. Customer supports are excellent. Its features like Database & relations, all in one workspace, templets and community etc. makes it wonderful product.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is its performance as it is slow on large complex page. For most real time editting it requires internet connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly core problems are solved by Notion. It is beneficial in tools consolidation as we do not need other apps for notes, wikies, calendars, database. It support both free-from ideations and organized execution.

Our digital Swiss army knife

  • August 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Versatility. We have managed to centralize documentation, processes, and even the company's key databases in one space. Additionally, the user experience is smooth and very visual, which facilitates teamwork and adoption by the different departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a greater depth in some database functionalities (complex filters, dynamic relationships) is missed. We have also noticed that, with a lot of content or embeds, it can slow down a bit. More advanced permission management could improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Notion, the information was spread across different formats and tools, which led to duplications, time losses, and lack of traceability. Thanks to Notion, we now have a centralized system that allows us to have order and immediate access to all the company's knowledge, improve collaboration between departments, and optimize internal processes.

The only data management app you need

  • August 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It not only has the functionallty of multipe apps (Tasks, Notes, Database, CRM), it's very intuitive and easy to use. You don't need to invest a lot of time (though some people do) in setting things up to start using right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a huge deal, but it's a little limited in text formatting. When pasting from emails or documents for example, it won' t always look the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have found Notion incredibly useful for both personal and business purposes. I used it daily. For business, I use it for CRM and project management. The database management is deeply customizable in terms of creating fields, views, and even automations and forms. I can set it up to work exactly the way I want for managing accounts, orders, opportunities, vendors, projects, tasks, etc. And I can easily create and modify database structures and views on the fly while I'm entering data. No need to go to a special "Settings" or "Set up" area to make changes. Literally as I'm creating or editing a record, I can simultaneously add/edit/remove fields, views, etc. For personal use it's valuable for travel planning, home projects, managing medical information, etc.

Notion brilliantly combines the functionality of multiple apps (notes, tasks, CRM, database) into one very flexible solution. One of the most powerful, but seemingly simple, aspects of Notion is it's hybrid database/notes structure. For simple note-taking purposes, you can create "pages" on which you can add or embed different types of content. But when you create a database, each record is itself also a page. That is, besides a record containing the fields you create (dates, dropdowns, numbers, etc.) it's also a page in which you can add free-form information, as well as sub-pages or even other databases. And all data can be easily related to each other, so it's simple to keep track of info and jump to exactly what you need. Features like templates, automations, and AI, make workflows even smoother and more efficient. It's a powerhouse app that I don't know what I would do without.

This help me in documenting eveything and organize my regular tasklist

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Notion is how it keeps everything in one place, my notes, docs, and daily tasks are always organized. It’s super flexible, so I can set it up exactly how I want, whether that’s tracking tasks, planning projects, or even storing random ideas. It also looks really clean and is easy to use once you get the hang of it. I love it's mobile app which help me to manage everything on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can run a bit slow, especially with bigger pages or lots of content. It can also feel a little overwhelming when you’re just starting out since there are so many features and ways to set things up. And if you need offline access, it doesn’t always work as smoothly as other apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion really helps me by bringing all my work into one place. I use it to manage projects, take notes during meetings, and keep a personal knowledge base that I can easily search whenever I need info. It saves me a ton of time switching between different apps and helps me stay organized, whether I’m planning a project, jotting down quick ideas, or looking up something I wrote a while ago. Everything’s easy to update and share with my team, so we all stay on the same page.

One App to Rule Them All - Notion Game Changer

  • August 02, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
he clean interface makes it simple to create pages, manage tasks, or write notes without needing any technical skills. Implementation was smooth—I didn’t need long tutorials to get going. The number of features is honestly impressive: from task boards and databases to wikis and to-do lists, it replaces multiple tools in one app. I use it every day, whether for personal planning or team collaboration. It also integrates easily with tools like Slack, Google Drive, and calendar apps, making everything more connected. The customer support is responsive, and the help docs are genuinely useful. Whether you're a solo user or working with a team, Notion adapts to your needs. It’s a flexible, all-in-one workspace that keeps everything in one place—without being overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion offers a lot, its performance can be disappointing at times. Pages take too long to load, and working offline feels like an afterthought. The mobile app is clunky and not ideal for quick edits or viewing large content. Features like databases and formulas can get confusing without proper guidance, making it less beginner-friendly than it seems. Integration options are limited unless you're using third-party tools or workarounds. For a tool that markets itself as "all-in-one," it still feels like it’s figuring things out in key areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve the problem of scattered information and tool overload. Instead of using separate apps for notes, task management, documentation, and collaboration, I now have everything in one organized place. It keeps my personal and work life structured, with custom pages for each project. The ability to create wikis, track tasks, manage content calendars, and store documents in one workspace saves time and reduces stress. It also improves team collaboration by keeping everyone on the same page.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it super easy to keep all my class notes, to-do lists, and study plans in one place. I love how flexible it is. I can use templates, link pages, and add checklists to stay on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing and collaborating with others is limited in the free version, which can be a hassle for group projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having notes, tasks, and resources scattered across different apps and notebooks. By putting everything in one place, it helps me stay organized, plan my assignments, and find my study material easily, which saves me time and keeps me less stressed during college. Also I have recently graduated and started my career and it's equally useful in the corporate as well.

All in one workspace

  • July 31, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and customizability. It's an all-in-one workspace that lets you build and organize almost anything, from powerful databases to detailed notes, all tailored precisely to your needs. This makes it perfect for consolidating diverse information and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its immense flexibility makes it overwhelming for new users.
It can become slow and laggy when dealing with extensive information.
It heavily relies on an internet connection, hindering work in offline environments.
Native data visualization is quite limited, often requiring external tools for advanced analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a central, interconnected hub where all your company's or project's knowledge can reside. You can link pages, embed files, and create a hierarchical structure that mirrors how your information is best organized.
When everyone knows where to go for the most up-to-date information, discrepancies are reduced, and consistency improves.
You can create detailed task databases, assign tasks to team members, set deadlines, add properties like status and priority, and track progress using various views. Sub-tasks and dependencies help break down larger tasks and show interconnections.
