I'm obsessed with Notion!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how visual Notion is. I've tried other task management and organizational tools for my business, but they all felt too techy for me. Notion gives me space to breathe and is super simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I can get lost a bit when I've gone down too many page rabbit holes, but I'm a newer user and I'm sure that will lessen with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to organize my current clients, create a client portal, track tasks, keep track of content ideas, write content, etc. Notion helps keep all of this organized and in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for journaling, a second brain, content creation, client work, and hobbies. There is so much flexibility in the system that you can really use it for anything and everything. The zapier and third-party connections make connecting other tools and accounts a breeze. I have a great workflow built up with Notion at its core and it's been essential in my business for the last five years. I'd recommend it to virtually everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always room to improve, but for everything this tool does, I have very little complaints. My only wish is an offline mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion combines note-taking with project management, task management, and databases. It's like combining docs, spreadsheets, and tasks into one customizable tool. It's a meal planner, home maintenance tracker, mood and habit journal, content planner, braindump catcher and a million other things rolled into one.

I've been a huge fan of notion for a long time but the enhanced AI capabilities have mede it invaluable to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm never clear on whether you can publish a single page to the web (and whether that potentially gives people access to ther pages I dont want them to see).

Getting everything in one place. Acting as a second brain.

Notion AI saves me tons of time reformatting notes
What do you like best about the product?
Simplistic design makes standardizing and formatting notes easier

Not as many options for colour choices for highlights or text colour

When copy pasting items into my notes from reading, notion helps me format the often poorly formatted PDF documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy notions quick way to build notes. There's a lot of flexibility with a features. They have. I really enjoy the tables since I'm able to add notes, comments, statuses And other necessary components for my particular needs, I enjoy that there is also a link to other projects or having parent projects so I can use Notion for design product management and sometimes even link to some of the engineering documentation for my company
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes organization is hard and notion and things can be heavily nested, and finding information can be hard when you have multiple people working on things I wish there was also a live brainstorming or collaborative features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving a documentation problem for me. It's also been helping with AI writing so I can quickly build templates for my team to get started for the start up.

What do you like best about the product?
I love writing blog post with Notion AI. The writing assistant is easy to use and give me great output every time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the small windows to write in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my organization problem. My business is able to operate smoothly with everything organized and automated in Notion.

It is making my notetaking experience while at uni very easy and seamless as well as efficient.
Multi Use Applications
What do you like best about the product?
I have started to use Notion more and more in my life. The New AI tool has proven to be amazing. Recently I have begun to use it for travel. For example I gave it a prompt to give me a list of all tourist sites located in a city, include certain parameters and it would give me all the info I needed. It is incredible how fast it works. I have also used it to organize my job searching the AI tool has made it even fast to get cover letters out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to many things, I think editing templates can be a little harder and finding ways to make things more automated can be a little harder, but it is not a deal breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applying to jobs, with regards to having to have a one stop location for things. Also organizing travel plans with out having to go to multiplied websites and such has made such a difference when I want to go some where.
