I use Notion for work and find it acts as an easy search engine for work knowledge. I like the editing and drop-down features that keep things organized but easy to access. The initial setup of Notion was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
there could be more editing tools, like deriving graph or analytical stuff

Versatile and Continuously Improving Workspace
What do you like best about the product?
I like having mostly everything in one, customizable space with Notion. Its multi-purpose function is great, along with the fact that it's constantly being updated. Having note-taking, project management, and AI all in one helps me have a dedicated place to be 'at work.' Starting at a very basic entry level works for me too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could be more customizable, with pages and databases being more easily used like each other. A lot of pages have such rigid 'fields'. If the customization could be slightly more like 'blocks' as website editors often are now, I'm sure it would become a lot more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for having everything in one customizable space, making project management, note-taking, and daily tasks easier. It serves as a multi-purpose tool that's consistently updated, providing a dedicated workspace.
Efficient Summarization and Seamless Page Nesting
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion AI meeting notes to generate summaries for end-of-day readouts, which helps me send summaries that are consistent and focused on what I need. I appreciate the ability to give instructions and like how it combines my notes with the transcript to generate the summary. The feature allowing me to add a page inside a page is great for grouping key items together, like when I did a week-long session and was able to add a new page for each day and then generate a summary for the entire week. The initial setup of Notion was easy, and we've been trying out different features available in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are required to track projects in Asana. It would be nice to be able to send that summary and/or transcription right to Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me generate consistent summaries by combining notes and transcriptions. I can give instructions to focus on specific details. The ability to add pages within pages lets me organize key items, like daily notes from week-long sessions, and generate comprehensive summaries.

The initial setup was good, and I integrate it with tools like Slack and GitHub.

Notion Bridges Task Management Gaps Seamlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion probably has one of the best ways to integrate multimodal information into one platform. It also makes sharing all that information straightforward, especially for nontechnical people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that Notion doesn't do extremely well is the visually search for Gantt chart-type things, where you need to integrate rich information in a specific timeline. It requires effort to make it happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to bridge gaps between task management platforms, integrating multimodal data into task management and definition. It's great for integrating and sharing information with nontechnical people in a straightforward way.
Flexible and Customizable Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create customizable pages for any of my or the team's needs. I also appreciate the ability to organize and stack pages in a way that best suits us. The added flexibility and the ability to search for page templates across the Notion Marketplace to find the best template for any specific need is a great feature. Also, the initial setup of Notion was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
While AI transcription is helpful, I don't find the output to be as reliable as other similar tools like Granola. Accuracy in output.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to centralize all project trackers, meeting notes, and team-relevant lists, which helps manage and organize information efficiently.
