Great organization tool!

How we can organize and share info with team mates!

It's too easy to edit, so when used by multiple people, can be tricky.

Keeps a solid knowledge base for the whole company to access.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion not only looks through slack, other notion pages and documents, it also helps debug code and provide suggestions to improve code and also samples of code if as a user I dont know how to start
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting of the notion page is hard you need to try it couple of times to get familiar , its not very intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create content and share with my team , It acts as google for my company , I can brainstorm ideas, if I am stuck on something , notion gives me a path to start thinking about. It helps me search through slack channels, other notion pages, documents and github code as well

how organized my notes are, i love embedding them and the way they can be searched through with AI

some funky formatting, certain things like bulleted lists, setting titles, and a few other things are not intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Notion started as a block-based text editor with some DB functionality. I have been using it from the very start, when you found one or two videos about the "new cool app". A lot of the hacky solutions we did back then have been implemented, so they for sure listen for feedback. It has been easy to implement, and with the API, we get data from it. It is also easy to share and use. I use it personally all the time, and the company i work for has documentation on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rapid change-pace makes some solutions stop working because they simplified a changed something down the line. Has happen once or twice but it was me breaking it a biiiit before. Also, the formula editor is disgusting to use to be honest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a knowledge base for the company. I use it to do note taking and report on my tasks to my manager. I have helped a co-worker set up a Notion form to get design work done on their end.
If you're a creative person. You can do everything about it!
What do you like best about the product?
What I LOVE the most about Notion is I can create my own website or it's like making your own SCRAPBOOK but in a digital way. It's also fun!

Some features made me confuse at first but I got used to it.

As part of the admin team, using Notion helps the team to align with everyone and everything!
Amazing tool for sprint planning and overall documentation
What do you like best about the product?
All in one tool for calendars, tables, text, etc. The UI is sleek, and intuitive. I use notion daily for organization, planning, documentation and the like.

Takes a bit of effort to learn the shortcuts and understand all the tooling available within Notion

Ability to plan out features and timelines in a way that is visible to entire teams of people.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses Notion primarily to manage and organize customer support articles, and it’s been a game changer. The platform makes it easy to create, update, and access internal documentation, which allows us to respond to customer inquiries more efficiently and consistently.
What do you dislike about the product?
One challenge we've encountered is that some pages can become quite dense with information, making them feel overwhelming at times. It takes thoughtful structuring to keep content clear and user-friendly.

Notion centralizes all our support articles in one place, reducing the time spent hunting down answers across different tools or files.

I love the capabilities of the software to manage the all company. Tasks, projects, people, documents, integrations, etc

For More Than Just Business - Personal, Too!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility and ease with which you can create content. It is so easy to collaborate with your teams and building complex layouts and visuals are super user-friendly. The learning curve is significantly easier than many tools I've worked with and the self-learning courses Notion makes available allows you to upskill quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really dislike anything thus far, I just feel like I have so much untapped potential in regards to creating more efficiency in what I do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me onboard quickly and at scale. It's been instrumental in helping me find the right content thanks to the robust search capabilities. I've also been super impressed with the ability to embed other AI models to create content and pages more easily.
