What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, highly customizable, and great for organizing tasks and notes in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at times and lacks offline functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay organized by combining notes, tasks, and project management in one place. It reduces the need for multiple tools and improves productivity and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI, especially the new meeting notes feature is a game changer for anyone venturing out on their own. It's like having an assistant or coordinator to sit alongside you in meetings to capture all the important details and action items while you are giving your full attention to the meeting attendees. I cannot express enough how much this has helped me and my productivity!! I also love that I can ask Notion AI questions as I'm setting up new workflows and pages if I don't know how to achieve my goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am excited for Notion AI to get smarter. I want to reach vibe code levels where I can explain what I want a workflow to do and it can go ahead and build it for me and link to other databases. I also wish that the action items in the meeting notes could auto populate into my to-do list and help connect the dots to other items in the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizes my entire business in one place. As an entrepreneur working remote on every project and often on the road traveling, I love having all my notes and details for all my projects accessible and no longer on scratch pieces of paper that I inevitably lose in the shuffle of travel. My next goal is to be able to funnel important pieces of this info into client portals so clients are seeing the same real time data I am for better collaboration and success!

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been a game changer in organizing all my thoughts and processes for my business. Before it I would use different apps and store information in all of them loosing track of my ideas notes and work stuff now I safely store them in one place keeping me more organized and productive
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to say here, if I where to say one thing I dislike is the fact that it does not have online viewing

Storing all my personal and work knowledge based from notes to thought and content creation things such as scripts and ideas.

The platform is really simple to use and it has all the functions I need to take notes and organise my life.

I wish they had a function to draw/scribble so I can use my iPad to draw ideas.

Notion is helping me organise all of my notes for university as well as organising things happening in my life so I can maintain my schedules.
A flexible, all-in-one workspace that adapts to any workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it incredibly easy to organize information, collaborate with teammates, and build custom workflows without writing code. I love how flexible it is, I use it everyday for everything from product specs and meeting notes to project tracking and team dashboards. The ability to create linked databases and toggle views makes managing even complex documentation feel effortless. It was super easy to implement and integrate into our company's workflows. We haven't had any customer support interactions, but I imagine they would be flawless.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes performance can lag when working in large databases or pages with a lot of embedded content. There’s also a learning curve for new users, especially those unfamiliar with Notion’s flexibility, it can feel overwhelming at first. But all things I can live with. I love Notion!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is incredibly helpful for writing product proposals, organizing research, and quickly finding information across our knowledge base. It allows our team to collaborate in real time and link context across docs, tasks, and data sources, all in one place. The ability to embed data, tag content, and build structured documentation makes it perfect for managing cross-functional work.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how everything can be in one place with customizable databases, dashboards, and all documentation! We've developed a volunteer onboarding pipeline that automates each step to make our work easier! Notion also has an ai option that will provide notetaking, an assistant who will create spaces and generate data that would be somewhat difficult and time consuming if it was done manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now I cant think of anything that I dislike. Notion is by far the best platform I have used to make my work more efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, I can't think of any issues with Notion. It is a huge benefit to our program and its where we keep track of all volunteers, grants, and program statistics. There are so many benefits to make work tasks easier and quicker!

It's so customizable without feeling like you're stumped staring at a blank canvas. It's easy to structure and a joy to use. I use it every day

Clay.earth integration doesn't work well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to make a visual (gallery) database of my gemstone inventory, as a jewelry designer. I also use it to show images to clients externally of either custom pieces I'm designing for them. I also use it as a way of sharing a webpage of my portfolio externally. I also use it for project management and team collaboration.

Notion is a wonderful product for consolidating a knowledge base for a company and using Notion AI to then search that knowledge base for quick answers saves so much time!
What do you dislike about the product?
Really have not identified anything I dislike.

Notion has solved our Company's problem of not having an internal and external knowledge base for all company updates, agendas, KPI's, etc. and also product information for internal knowledge and partner updates.

There is a learning curve, especially for new users. At first, the interface and depth of features can feel overwhelming, and it takes some time to fully unlock its potential.

Notion is solving multiple challenges by acting as an all-in-one workspace. It streamlines project management, combines a powerful AI-enhanced text editor, and serves as a centralized database and operations hub for my agency. Instead of juggling multiple tools, I can manage everything—from strategic planning to task tracking and documentation—in a single, flexible platform. This integration has boosted my team’s productivity, improved collaboration, and given us a clearer overview of our priorities and progress.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and the integration with many other platforms and softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might have not explored this properly but you need to be online to see files that have been uploaded on it.

It allows me to speed up bullet point summaries and action taking notes.
