One of the best software solution I have used!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Notion that I am completely obsessed with is the recently introduced AI feature. Since I am in a learning phase, it has been like a buddy for me with whom I can discuss things, ask questions, brainstorm, get out of a block and structure my thoughts and code for future reference. Additionally, Notion's wide range of templates are also quite handy, as there is always something for everything. The ability to set reminders, download and save images, and create database like structures for different tasks were challenging before Notion. Notion has replaced my use of Google Docs, Word, different Calendars and has made me completely dependent on it. Since I am learning to be a software developer, there is always an appreciation for good software product and I have to admit Notion is one of the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike, but out of things that can improve is the mobile app which doesn't feel like a smooth experience. It is a little clunky and I have not been able to get the most out of it, even though I felt that it would have been very useful for quickly adding things. The AI product can also be improved a little by adding ways to use Notion's structures like database and pages. It will also be a good idea if a chat like feature can be implemented such that if we select some text, we can discuss it with the AI in detail in a pop-up box. It would be a really good feature for brainstorming. The reminder system, even though I have used it a lot, feels like could have an improvement by setting some sort of alarm on my mobile app. I sometimes miss the notification or see it late, which defeats the purpose a little bit. All of the above are nitpickings and not a proper dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently in a learning phase and my most important requirement was to take notes in a structured manner which I can quickly go through when needed. Before Notion, my solution was a book and a pen which was not an ideal solution for obvious reasons. Now, I am able to store all the information in a concise way and can go through it whenever I need to without wasting my time. It is also helping me plan for the next day, brainstorm when I am confused about anything, discuss and explain code if I have need for it, generate drafts for talks or presentations I have to give and also save my time quite a lot while doing all of these. 6 months ago I didn't know about Notion and had used solutions like Asana but none of them seemed efficient. Now, I can't imagine my day without Notion and it's really a testament to the developers who have built fantastic software.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user interface and how clean it looks, its useful features and customizable design principle. Also the team behind it, it seems to take company's growth with a very considerate approach. Unlike most software startups' relentless approach to scale and monitize
What do you dislike about the product?
Hmmmm. This is a hard one... A couple of suggestions: default icon on android that matches the U martial UI of stock android. And more fonts to choose from, especially for other languages like Chinese
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one place for organizing the various aspects of my life. And the ability to share those with friends and family and collaborate. The search function is very good for finding historical knowledge. And I can do planning of literally anything, makes me feel so empowered.
The ideal tool for writing, defining, scoping. Literally everything for building a product!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has done a commendable job in building a tool that has almost friction present to get started with anything. As someone who is into product management, it helps a lot in writing PRDs, defining tables, databases, nesting pages and so much more.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a beginner, the learning curve might be a bit tedious because of how simple it is but otherwise, once they get a hang of it, it becomes the best productivity suite one can have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping us build Product requirement documentation that consists of information in a variety of formats like tables, headings, and paragraphs. Sometimes, the researches have to be covered as well that we achieve by creating a database that can have nested pages in it.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a fantastic tool to work. It's at first a bit difficult to understand but you quickly get use to it and see the endless possibilities with it. Couldn't do without it any more. The AI is a big plus. It's nice not to have to open something else on side, you can do everything from notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes trying to do something complex is very complex. I was trying to find help online and it's been very difficult. But appart from that it's some minor things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything at one place! So nice and well done. I love the fact that I can find all my projects in one space, AI included in it. It's quite visual too so no more horrific apps

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI functionality has improved my brainstorming and content organization. Being able to summarize quickly and remove a writing barrier usually exists in previous tasks and note-taking apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility of layouts and formatting is overwhelming. As a designer, I want to design the page, and the app lives somewhere between database, note-taking, and interface builder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Concept sketches and organizing client requests. As a freelance designer, I often need to analyze and prioritize client requests. The AI tool helps expedite my workflow and removes barriers to getting better ideas.

What do you like best about the product?
The word by ai is better than chart gtp. And I like to use it all in one. I can attend to my life and work at the same time. So I do like notion at all though en I can Do a lot of things in notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't produce themes in the notion app, but I like to produce pieces even just on laptops. And the most I dislike most is it was stuck and stopped that hard to use in phone

Sometimes the ai was wrong, and I needed to find more introductions in another place and change the essay that ai gave me. And another problem is the opening is too few for me

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about notion is how customizable it is and how you can create separate pages for as many items as you want. As a film student with multiple projects at once and endless to-do lists, notions customizable pages help keep me busy and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something unhelpful about Notion is it's set up isn't the most user-friendly. The beginning tutorial is helpful but I had to look up tips and tricks videos on TikTok to be able to set up pages just the way I wanted them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The top problem that Notion helped me solve was needing a base to store all of my to-do lists in one place, yet being able to separate them by projects or urgency. Another thing I love about Notion is that the writing AI is super helpful and is great at providing templates for different types of documents I need to make for film projects and organization.
Amazing AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Notion Ai is extremely useful to create summaries and paraphrase main points. Being able to ask Notion Ai to change and alter text with questions makes Notion AI extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could be improvements to asking Notion AI questions. It would surpass its competitors by allowing it to ask more diverse questions, and add more support in different languages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI assists in brainstorming and paraphrasing large documents and condensing the information to specific headings that I can ask Notion Ai. While it is not perfect, the main points and most of the information are relevant to the sub-headings.
