Notion AI is a great helper for productivity and a good partner for copywriters.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI has helped me to be more productive. It has helped me to organise my cluttered notes into key summaries, provided me with the inspiration to write copy, and allowed me to change my writing from A to B style. Of course I still need to edit the content after it has been generated, but it has come in handy.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the more unfortunate aspects of Notion is that the formatting is different from that of a normal document editor, and the paragraphs and rows are difficult to adjust to. It is also a pity that there is no way to export Word and Pages compatible files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's not just about taking notes, it's also about managing your life.

Overwhelmingly useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very customizable, has so many features, and tools. I like that we can use it internally as a team but also make some pages sharable with clients and other outward facing people.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the customization feature is great, it is also overwhelming and has a high learning curve. It would be great to have more built in features. The templates are nice but somehow still very confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI has been my favorite tool so far. I love being able to ask it to draft emails for me or make a piece a writing better and/or more succinct. Tracking tasks is also nice but haven't been able to fully commit to the feature
Great product for startups
What do you like best about the product?
Centralised hub for wikis, docs, meetings, notes etc that we can sit our startup on top of. They also integrate with CHatGPT which has been super helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things are a bit harder/slower than if doing it in Google Docs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts us a knowledge base and wiki for our startup, centralizing notes and now enabling us to us AI to improve our copwriting.
Personal CRM for a Professional role
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way that you can layer additional items into progects, tasks and sub tasks. I watched quite a few of the Frank Thomas videos and used a lot of his suggestions on how to layer to-do lists into a second brain.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the reminders could use some improvement. There should be a way to have default reminders as an option when clicking one of the new "button" features. I also think there should be some additional default options you can add into the button when adding a new subpage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for does not use a CRM. I am an account manager that has 100's of retail locations that I do not personally visit, but our sales reps that I work with do. Notion has make it much simpler to keep track of what is happening in those retail locations when talking to my sale team and keep track of projects that need my attention
AI feature is helpful to improve the writing
What do you like best about the product?
It improves whatever I am writing. It cleans up the grammatical error, make it more concise, or make it longer if I need to. I found it very helpful. Even if I don't need full notion page, I use notion to make my copy better sometime.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many options on the dropdown, and it feels a bit overwhelming. I usually use one of them listed at the top. But not sure if other options are helpful options for some other users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Documenting all work-related information; I often use it for meeting notes, product spec, and user interview documentation. They are often shared with teammates and coworkers. Sometime I keep notes as a private note also

I use Notion for all my personal and work stuff. Using AI as a personal assistant is working fabulous!

Some integrations (like Trello) doesn't work. Dont know how to fix it

It is my central hub for all my stuff, making it very easy setting up databases and keeping the content up to date, making it very useful for every day usage.

Using the Ai features it's easy to expand upon an idea.

Having access to Ai that can read the page and use data already imputed is great.
My Experience with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion just makes it easy to aggregate information in different ways. I appreciate the flexibility in presenting information. It's better than what I was using before, which was Google Docs. It's also better for sending documents to coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are that the project management experience can be not great at times if you're managing a large project. Also, managing a lot of pages can get confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I had before was it was difficult for me to aggregate all of the info for my startup by using google docs. Now we can keep all our info in Notion, from our SDK development to investor list management, and it makes it way easier.

The fact that you're able to do so much with it. Notion AI has just made it even better and very much worrh 10$ a month.

It is quite hard to master. Notion AI only uses gpt3.5 and not the newest gpt4 and when you're paying 10 $ a month you expect the best

What do you like best about the product?
It is very clean looking and has a great system of organization and creativity that appeals to those that enjoy keeping their tasks in one place. Overall, a great system for the workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The down sides of using notion would most likely be that it is hard to understand and truly customize without learning from an expert. You cannot learn well by yourself but must learn from videos online etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is definitely helping me learn to write better and keep my self and the tasks that I have been given more organized. In a way, it has saved me more organized instead of using a simpler program like apple notes. Notion allows for me to be creative and have many different aspects of my life be represented in an organized way.
