Notion is pretty solid and has a lot of good templates

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for organizing my tasks and get the overview of my projects and subtasks. Notion can link each subpages across different projects. Compared to other scheduling app or note taking app, Notion is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion serves many functions but sometimes they are not easy to use due to the complexity of the software itself. So as a beginner, I feel I miss many functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me building and summarzing the structured meeting notes for the projects. Notion tries to solve the scalability issue of the AI service, and the accuracy of the GPT model. It will improve my work management skills efficiently.
Notion AI is great for productivity—if you're in the ecosystem
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's AI capabilities. I find their AI assistant is a bit more realistic sounding than some of the others / other AI chatbots I've tried, including ChatGPT. While I don't use AI to generate content fully, I do use it to help with some basic outlines and headline generation from time to time. Overall, the outputs I got from Notion were better than what was produced by similar tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's something about the entire Notion setup that doesn't QUITE work right for my brain. It's hard to pinpoint what it is--I'd love to use the system for all of my work and organization, but I find myself getting lost in its layers. The quality of the Notion AI, though, has made me consider using Notion as a whole a bit more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI assistant has helped me more quickly ideate lists of potential headlines for content projects, and it does a good job of summarizing the content available at various links or in text-heavy documents.
Notion AI will save you time and remove block. But will not always understand instruction.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility. Database and table are my favorite. I also like the ability to use different styles while having a consistent overall look.
For AI, which I'm using a lot, it is very helpful to draft content when I have a good idea of what I'm writing. This removes my writer's block a lot.
Also, creating tables from text chunks using AI is super helpful. I use it very often when drafting emails to my clients.

It's difficult to navigate pages sometimes.
For AI, the service could be offline pretty frequently.
Also, it could turn up irrelevant information for certain tasks such as summarizing a website or pdf link.
Also, for me, the price for a collaborative workspace + AI is a bit expensive for a non-profit.

Project management: Easy way to visualize small project with friends and for myself.
Content creative: Write content and improve writing using AI.
Organizing content: I also use AI a lot for creating tables. Give bullet points or paragraphs, then ask AI to create tables. Love that function.

Notion AI saves time
What do you like best about the product?
There are many reasons that I like it. One of the best reasons is that helps me save time drafting up letters and journals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike yet. I still need to use it more to find out annoyances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One pain point that I have is having to take long drafting letters, journals and reports. This saves me a lot of time and has been a lifesaver for this reason alone.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it spit out a generic template. It's available with out any lag. The task bar also. Helps me sort my project. I find it similar to competitors. All the same

Some of the icons can change. And not being able to copy and paste easily why wouldnt it let download a pdf of cvs. Chat gpa does that, other that nothing else

...…so all gygyyiytrwy. I'm sure they are all very well aware that the only way they are able is by the way the world has changed in a very different direction
Best UI for LLM AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows for me to interact with LLMs with suggested prompts in an organized interface. It has really boosted my productivity, creativity and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I'm unable to syncronize it with Apple Notes since that is where most of my thoughts and notes exist. It would be great to be able to connect the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem that I was originally encountering when using ChatGPT was that it was a seperate interface with an blank prompt box. Being able to organize my interactions with AI into my own sheets and folders, with the suggsted prompts is very helpful. It has boosted my performance and daily output.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion and its AI tools have allowed our business to integrate Notion's knowledgebase construction with AI's intuitive skillset.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to search comments has been one of the hardest things for us to work though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggle to keep our data in one place. Notion makes that easier, and adding AI improves the function of that.

The AI tools offered by Notion are extremely strong and beneficial. By leveraging these tools I've been able to more efficiently complete long tasks.

Helps me organize my work which involves multiple projects at the same time and to collaborate with multiple team members.

I haven't found an easy way to integrate all of my tasks from various projects in one page. Sometimes features are available but not readily and easily used.
