Excellent Calendar Integration for Managing Multiple Emails and Calendars

What do you like best about the product?
I like the calendar integration so I can use my multiple email addresses and see multiple calendars.
What do you dislike about the product?
The making of drop-downs and folders gets too deep.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility of Notion, especially the ability to create a bullet-pointed list on one page and a detailed spreadsheet on another. I can create a task manager with due dates and assign tasks to people. I also appreciate how I can create visually focused, educational pages and share them with others. Notion integrates smoothly with other resources and AIs, like GPT, which makes it a versatile tool for me. It feels like a Swiss Army knife, adapting to any need I have.
What do you dislike about the product?
You know, I think one thing that could be improved is when you create a new page or like a block, being able to find the correct block can sometimes be a pain. There's a lot of different options, which is awesome. But it also means you have to scroll down through a lot of different things in order to find the exact option that you want. And when I'm talking to somebody and I'm in the middle of something, it would not be nice if it was simplified or easier to find some of those different blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to connect my Salesforce environment and calendars, simplifying my workflow with one viewpoint. It organizes my calendar, integrates with CRM, and keeps everything neat, helping me see my day's schedule and follow up seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for organizing all my college classes and tasks, and I'm really impressed with its ability to create amazing notes from my raw inputs or lecture materials. It simplifies everything in a way that makes it easy to understand later on. I love how personalized Notion feels, making it seem like my own digital notebook where everything is in one place. I'm also able to retrieve information much faster, which helps me stay efficient. The personalization and ease of learning every aspect of the application really stand out to me, allowing me to tailor it uniquely to my needs. The initial setup was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to know exactly what each command does in Notion and how I can use each command more efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion organizes my college tasks and notes, allowing me to create personalized, easy-to-understand notes. It functions as my digital notebook, speeding up document retrieval by having everything in one place. I love its personalization and how simple it is to learn.

Centralized Visibility & Smarter Workflow Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's flexible and everything lives in one place, so you’re not constantly bouncing between tools. It gives you great visibility, where you can build something that works for you and still roll it up into a team view without duplicating work. It makes collaboration feel much more organized and intentional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Things can get messy fast without structured page links and connections. There’s definitely some manual upkeep as well to maintain a database up to date. We also already rely on other tools like Slack and our calendars, so some of Notion’s features (like reminders or comments) don’t get used consistently. It can feel duplicative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the Ad Ops side, we manage a lot of moving pieces across campaigns, timelines, ownership, and process updates. Notion gives us one central place to document workflows and keep knowledge. Instead of information living in Slack threads or scattered docs, it’s structured and searchable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it’s a centralized platform for my company where I can create documents and make them available for everyone to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes it is overwhelming when you first start using it. I think the UI could use some cleaning.

The ability to make documents in one centralized location and not having to share it with people is a benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for creating knowledge transfer and handover documentation, and the new AI writing assistant has made capturing and organizing knowledge incredibly easy. The AI helps turn rough ideas and thoughts into clear, well-structured documentation, making knowledge management much more efficient. It has made documentation faster, and processes and internal handovers easier to create, update, and navigate. I really value the AI writing assistant for this. Notion's initial setup was very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
We absolutely love Notion! It saves us time and keeps everything organized in one place. The AI writing assistant is a game changer- it helps us create lists, manage tasks, and even answer our questions automatically. The initial setup of Notion was super easy, and it integrates well with our calendar.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really find anything that doesn't work well, but maybe being able to change fonts would be nice.

We use Notion to take AI notes, summarize, manage meetings, create tasks, and keep client lists for our real estate business. Its AI writing assistant and project management features save us time and help with everything we need, making it amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of creating very dynamic and visual pages, which helps me create documentation and tutorials that are easy for others to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I don't have any negative points to describe. Perhaps the implementation of an image carousel would be interesting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Notion, I was able to create and document various internal processes. Today, both old and new employees can consult tutorials practically thanks to Notion. Before, we didn't have standardization, and today it's different and better thanks to Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Notion is to use, which makes it a one-stop hub for all things related to business, team management, client CRM, and details. The integrations allow seamless API access to pull in information, and the agents help organize everything, so I don't have to switch between multiple apps. The templates are great too, as they allow me to find new use cases and organize workspaces in different views across multiple teams. The initial setup was easy, which was a bonus.
