I like that Notion is flexible and super clean to work in. You can build anything you need, and it still feels simple.

I dislike that Notion can feel slow at times, and some features still need extra steps to set up. But overall, it’s great to use.

Effortless Documentation with Powerful Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Notion provides an incredible amount of options for documentation, which makes it easy to write documents in the way I want. The features like tagging and adding properties make the documentation effortlessly accessible for others. For instance, documents with the same tags can be organized for specific purposes, and I can attach multiple tags to one document, which makes managing them really easy. The initial setup was super easy, and even editing documents is super easy. Overall, Notion helps us create fluid documentation that is a breeze to manage and search.

There's nothing that I dislike. I love Notion for documentation.

I use Notion to create fluid documentation that's easy to manage, search, and maintain, even with complex hierarchies. Editing is a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion's support for remote collaboration and its ability to centralize meeting notes with contextual documentation. I love the versatility to build what I need and relate it to other contextual items. The meeting notes feature, along with Notion AI, is great for brainstorming and creating a starting point for completing complex tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locking pages locks down too much. I would still like to interact with components without the ability to edit the framework of the page. The automations are also too simple.

I love how customizable it is. Anything you want to build or create is possible in notion. Its great for both personal and professional use, and truly a platform that is art of the possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the learning curve I think - it takes a second to understand, architecturally, relational databases, how to build specific things, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not only is notion a knowledge base for our tasks and files we create, but we have also switched to notion calendar and meeting notetaker, making it a true one stop shop for finding and storing information in a simple, efficient, and structured way.

I really appreciate Notion for streamlining complex project management tasks. The ease of searching and finding documents, protocols, and policies is phenomenal, significantly reducing the time I spend looking for essential information. The search function is exceptionally efficient, enhancing my daily productivity. I also find the AI writing assistant to be a valuable tool, further enriching my experience with Notion. Setting it up was very easy, which was a pleasant surprise, and overall, it integrates seamlessly into my workflow. Initially, Notion felt overwhelming and tough to use; it had a huge learning curve. I have recommended it to so many people, but I noticed they are experiencing the same thing I experienced and have struggled to use it.

Notion has solved my organizational struggles by creating a space for everything in my life; school, personal, work, and more!
Notion - The Convenient and Powerful Note Taking AI Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The databases are the most powerful thing about Notion other than Notion AI. Database tables can be used as normal tables, but you can also drill down into each line item with its own page which is a unique and amazing feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation bar on the left side is a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem it solves is by implementing its Notion AI agent which bridges LLMs to your note taking software. It solves the problem/inconvenience of having to copy and paste everything from a separate LLM application.

Notion helps keep me organized and stay on track along with making it easy to share updates with my entire team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application runs slowly and uses a significant amount of CPU, which causes my computer to lag. Because of this, I prefer to use the web-based version instead.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion AI doesn't fully understand what I want, and there isn't an easy way to iterate or refine requests. It's excellent at one-shot prompting, but when something requires refinement, it becomes challenging.

I use Notion to keep my work organized, manage my marketing content calendar and perform copy editing, making the organization super straightforward and allowing me to focus on impactful tasks.
