Your new best friend for organising
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly helpful for organising documents and creating a space that is clear and simple to find exactly what you need. I have not found a competing service that provides the variety that Notion does.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I would imrove is when you have a long document if you could create a side with tabs (to jump to sections of the doc) as opposed to having multiple documents in one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is organised and in one place, clear for all the team to access. We can share internally but also externally without external viewers having the ability to alter the doc and it also looks professional.
UI needs improving but great AI integration

The best thing about Notion by far is the AI, makes creating documentation for new joiners a breeze

UI isn't great compared to other tools, but definitely a great tool to use

Markdown language, it's quite responsive and intuitive, AI is also a cool feature

desktop application doesn't support woring offline, I have doubts about reliability and I'm affraid that I can loose all my notes.

Notion has been instrumental in solving a range of business problems for me. It has streamlined project management by centralizing all relevant information, tasks, and documentation in one place, eliminating the need for scattered tools and improving collaboration and efficiency within my team. Additionally, Notion's database capabilities have allowed me to create custom solutions for organizing and tracking customer information, sales pipelines, and product catalogs, providing a comprehensive view of my business data and enhancing decision-making processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and helpful to collect company information. We are still learning how to use the tool oficiantly according to our processes. The AI is great tool, mostly for translation
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have to learn the system, and due to the many features, the learning curve is a bit longer. More short videos and examples could help us understand the tool. Probably there are a lot of them already and we have to find the time to go into it in depth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best use for us is for translation of texts. We use it mostly between German and English and vice versa. We hope to see an easier and reacher way to work in a reach text mode.

I really like that you can customize every single thing/page. I have made pages for various types of organization, from my school notes and deadlines to my small business to my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downfalls of Notion is that the notion calender view cannot be synced with the Apple calender. I have to add the thing to both calenders individually. I know that you can view the Google Calender in Notion, I would like that for Apple too.

The Notion toggle feature is the one I use the most because I write all my schoolnotes in toggle form so that I can study it directly like that. Notion also solves the problem of being unorganized. In Notion everything has its own place and I am much more organized and I find everything a lot quicker.

It allows me to connect the dots between my notes' different aspects. These connections enable me to find what is relevant to me relatively quickly. Most competitors seem to make it challenging to do this, but with notion it's relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It makes it hard sometimes to find exactly what you're looking for. I'd like the tree navigation to be a bit clearer as to the layout of all your notes and how they're connected. Having an automatically generated mind map of how all the notes are connected would be really cool.

We have a lot of people in a growing startup, and it's now to the point where we can't always be talking. So, it allows us to have a central knowledge hub of all of our notes.

Notion helps you to create your own space by organising your life for the better.
Notion is extremely customazible to make it feel like your own space and not just other apps that forget this aspect.

Notion currently has a bug where if a notion page is shared with others, they won't be able to see all of the words.
One aspect that I expect Notion to have is compatability with the apple pen. It would not be the main feauture I would use when writing but it can be useful

Notion helps me with my note taking. Thanks to ai it has helped me to do everything faster as it is compatible to the app without having to go to other apps or websites pages. This of course has helped me with my productivity by improving it. Of course, Notion has helped me also to organize everything for the best.
