Organize and structure documentation super easily
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects of using Notion is the fact that I can organize a huge variety of documentation easily. The tool has a lot of intuitive features as well, that help you structure your doc exactly the way you want it (insert tables, add attachments, etc). You can built easy to navigate guides, templates, databases etc. The AI feature is super helpful when writing documentation from scratch - it takes your idea and makes it better. For those days when you're in a rush and just want to get the thought out of your head, this is gold.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm missing a feature to track deadlines or progress of tasks, something that would instill accountability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it super easy to glue a lot of pieces together and create the bigger picture. Its AI function supports than even better, helping you stay on top of your grammar, rephrasing sentences you're not happy with etc.
A must have tool for a team
What do you like best about the product?
It is IA powered and helps you save time in conten creation, and it is also easy to use when working in a team. But what I like most is that it's extremelly customisable, you can design it according to your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the complexity which may stop new users from using it. It took me some time to learn how take most from using Notion, though tutorials were really helpfull here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often use Notion to write textual content, and I find it very helpful both in errors and grammar control, and in content writting sugestion. AI powered assistant is really useful.
Using Notion for Marketing and Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
It lets you to write down everything you have after that you can easily re-edit and create documents of masterpiece. I'm using the task lists a lot and saving each week
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't export PDF even I've Notion AI. I think it should let me to do it cause I'm looking for other ways to make it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one notebook and when I need some imagination AI is there for me so I'm using it in interactive way and pretty satisfied.

Not sure if it's possible now but being able to include images onto pages without using third party plugins

Notion and AI Writing Assistant Review
What do you like best about the product?
It greatly helps me to organise the projects in my work. I enjoy how easily can I create new pages and write down notes. I switched completely to Notion from Google Docs or other writing tools.
And as a non-native English speaker, the AI Writing Assistant has been very helpful. I primarily use the Improve Writing function of it and I used it to correct my writing and it helps to present my report more confidently.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit tricky to create different views in the same Page, I got lost a few times in that process and then abandoned it. So It could be a little more helpful on that side.

The AI Writing Assistant helps me to deliver well-written professional reports to the clients I'm working for (I'm a non-native English speaker).
With the Notes I just organise my work, take meeting notes easily, draft ideas, and plan project flexibly.

The notion is helpful to console my technology. As time goes, I could not find in my mind what I had written in my last mouth or longer.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great knowledge database tool where I can store all my notes, minutes, ideas, and contact database. But the true difference is the recent addition of Notion AI.
Using AI assistance, I can improve the writing of my English AND French text. I can shorten paragraphs that are too long. Translate text, etc..
For example, while I participate a meeting, I can take note, with key word or "slice of a sentence" and then the Notion AI turn it into real sentences, easy to read

What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is missing some basic spreadsheet features. I too often need to go to Excel or Google Sheets where I should stay within Notion for a basic table. Like a sum or an average

All-in-one tool for notetaking. Can also organise with different categories and customisation.

Takes a bit of time to get used to, especially if want to grasp the functions fully and make different pages with different pages and designs.

Makes notetaking more streamlined and organised. Its AI tool is also extremely beneficial esp. for summarising my notes and translations.
