Effortless Project Tracking, Needs Web-Mobile Parity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Notion we can use AI to create and ask for anything. It's also great that we can connect to other apps for information, making it really versatile. The initial setup of Notion was easy and fast, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the web and mobile feature parity. The database search view is also something that could be improved because I can do it on the web but not on mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project and task tracking. We can use AI to create and ask for anything, and connect to other apps for information.
Effortlessly Organizes with Intuitive Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for being our Source of Information tool, and we also use it for internal notes and case analysis. I appreciate how it helps us keep the information user-friendly and organized. The interface is easy to use, and I enjoy the ability to personalize it with emojis and several different tools. I find the AI feature helpful for summarizing things and finding information among the numerous pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes AI seems a bit rigged, the info collected follows what we ask. If we ask 'is this true?' it will find info to support the idea this is true. If we ask 'this is not correct right?' it will find info to prove it's wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as our Source of Information tool for organized info, internal notes, and case analysis. It helps keep info user-friendly, and AI summarization aids in finding info among many pages.

You often have a big amount of private pages or shared page, that are not in a specific workspace or wiki.

One of the best KB apps
What do you like best about the product?
I've never used a document keeping software that had AI, it integrates with slack too, which is pretty neat. When I need to check how to quickly check the syntax of our product it works well!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use some password sharing, the importing features with other markdown notes I use doesn't always work well.

One of the best tools for documenting and streamlining processes, centralizing communication.
What do you like best about the product?
It combines note-taking, project management, task tracking, and database functionality in a single platform. I can create tailored workflows using templates that are private or visible for teams or everyone, databases, and linked pages. And I like it's minimalist design!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that makes me think I'll change it for any other tools

Its a great database system which is versatile, enabling users to create detailed, filterable, and relational data. Whether for tracking projects or managing content, we find this tool particularly valuable.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for keeping track of what we're working on and using it as a SSOT for our very large data base, contributing to many different teams. Notion allows you to search for information and teams easily, and have everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
With a large amount of information, sometimes searching for what you need can be difficult, however Notion AI makes a HUGE difference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent on research, tracking work across different teams, provoding relevant notes and updates in one single place, ability to create pages that include charts tables and all kinds of data.
Notion AI makes my work more concise and accurate
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to integrate AI into my docs ensuring my content makes sense and is likely better than how I first drafted it. I'm able to integrate with many other tools like Amplitude, slack, and eppo which allows for preview embeds inside of the docs. Anyone can start using Notion on Day 1 and be up to speed very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search function of notion is annoying to say the least. I prefer Coda's search functionality over Notions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows for my team to have deep knowledge documented while also planning for the future.

Overall Great Notetaking and Wiki App
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started, easy to organize your thoughts and ideas. Notion AI works amazing when there is so much wiki information about your company!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to print docs. Things look off and too spaced apart when printing. Trying to figure out how to show the same data on different pages is pretty confusing. When I duplicate a page that has another page inside, it also duplicates that...which, when I didn't realize that was happening, it created a lot of versions of that one page. I also feel like the Title, Header 1, 2, and 3 text sizes are slightly too similar to one another. Would love a tad more differentiation. Permissions and sharing seem overly complicated and I've had multiple issues with people losing permission and not being able to figure out how to regrant it.

Onboarding, currently. A place to gather ideas and organize systems.
