Powerful tool for capturing notes and documentation
What do you like best about the product?
It is very powerful and easy to use. The AI tools are integrated well into the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes organizing my work into folders gets more messy than I'd like. The real problem here is quickly finding exactly the page I am looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a single place to take notes. I work remotely and am in many meetings where I need to track takeaways and create lists of what to work on next. Notion is helping me become more efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a really good tool for organization. The AI runs greatly although it isn't quite at level with all the constant innovations (I dont even think it uses GPT-4 yet?). Having free accounts for students is amazing and it helps me a lot in college.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Android app version is very badly optimized and runs poorly. It's difficult to write on, the interface won't render properly, and it depends greatly on having a good internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I didn't have a note taking platform before and Notion felt more than adequade. The new AI functionalities help me a lot through creative writing and in my studies.

What do you like best about the product?
Writing a document has never been easier with simple commands, and as a fan of Markdown, it's even better. Additionally, my documents are synchronized across all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I've noticed that it sometimes loads pages very slowly, and I need to do housekeeping every week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mostly use Notion AI to fix spelling and grammar and to improve sentences. I also use Notion to write in my journal every day.

One area where Notion could improve is in its pricing. While the basic version is free, users have to pay for the full range of features. This could limit the accessibility for someone though they do have trials to test out such as the AI trials of 25 responses etc.

Notion can be used to organize notes, assignments, and schedules all in one place. Allowing me to spend time on things that matter cuts down the time I use to plan to do something so I can do it. It can also be used to create study aids and to collaborate with classmates on group projects. For someone using it to manage a schedule, Notion can provide a customizable calendar and to-do list that can be integrated with other databases, such as project timelines and notes.

I like how Notion AI helps me write faster and better by generating content for me based on my prompts. It also helps me code more efficiently by providing suggestions and corrections for my code. Notion AI is like having a personal assistant that can write and code for me.

I dislike how Notion app is not well integrated with other apps that I use frequently, such as Office 365, Dropbox, Google Drive, Slack, and GitHub. It would be nice if Notion could sync with these apps and allow me to access my files and messages from within Notion.
Another drawback is that Notion does not have a layout setting for printing. This is a problem for me when I want to print the prepared SOP.

Notion AI fits nicely into my workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the generated content is already in the notebook so I don't need to copy-paste from elsewhere. This saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Try again" usually did not bring much difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically Notion is my second brain. It helps me organize notes, and keep track of my habits. Notion AI helps a lot in writing.

Easy way to organize projects and notes, it helps me to keep track of everything. Also, collaborate with teammates and now more focused; to be honest, we have more fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when translating into Spanish and Portuguese, I see some details I have to update, minor fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time, we are working on a lot of things simultaneously; it gets complicated a lot, so Notion, for me, is a perfect tool for creating email responses for internal and external customers.

Fast, efficient, can generate, summarize, convert translate contents etc. Save a lot of my time to organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited export output formats, no easy access to lock content, the color highlighting and other features key shortcuts are not convenient enough for easy access, the AI panel is too small and too crowded. There should be more easy access shortcuts options on the panel, such as "Alfred"Assistant app. Every action will have a shortcut lead to another execution.
