Really great experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the toggle lists and how it keeps everything organized in my life. I use it daily for my classes and to do lists. I also love that I can use it on my phone, and laptop with it being available offline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there should be an option to search the notes that include toggled lists instead of always having to show them. I love the AI too, but I think that there should be a settings box to ask the AI to always put notes in bullet points. Another issue is that sometimes I ask it to summarize a section/bullet point a list, and it defaults to the entire page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of me not having a place to type my notes or keep them organized. That benefits me tremendously.
Notion: A Game-Changer for Productivity and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
So Notion dropped their AI 2.0 thing and honestly? It's been pretty solid. The writing assistance is actually helpful instead of getting in my way, and the auto-suggestions usually make sense. Takes some of the grunt work out of organizing my thoughts and planning stuff out.
What really got me though was all the database updates. The tab system finally works how you'd expect it to, and being able to group things on boards feels obvious now - weird that it took this long. Calendar's way less clunky too. I've got like 5 different projects running and it doesn't feel like I'm fighting the interface anymore.
Those project templates they added are surprisingly decent - not just fluff. And the integrations with Slack and Figma actually work without breaking every other week. Used to drive me nuts how nothing would sync properly.
Mobile was trash for the longest time, especially when you'd lose signal and everything would just... stop. That's mostly sorted now thank god. Having everything in one place instead of bouncing between calendar apps and task managers has been nice. Started as just a note-taking app for me but now it's basically where I live work-wise.

What do you dislike about the product?
Don't get me wrong, the updates are solid, but there's definitely room for improvement. The search function still drives me crazy sometimes - I'll be looking for something I know I wrote last week and it's like the app has no clue what I'm talking about. You end up having to remember exactly how you worded something instead of just finding it naturally.
Performance can still be hit or miss, especially with bigger databases. Sometimes pages take forever to load and you're just sitting there waiting. And while the mobile app is way better than before, it's still not quite there for heavy editing. Fine for quick notes but anything complex and you're better off waiting to get back to your computer.
The AI stuff is helpful but it can be weirdly inconsistent. Sometimes it nails exactly what you want, other times it's completely off base. Would love if it learned your writing style better over time instead of giving the same generic suggestions to everyone.

Review of Notion: Including AI writing assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great ot organize many different aspects of life. You can tailor it to your needs and is incredibly flexible in layout, design, and functionality. It's also really easy to keep organized due to everything being in blocks, and those blocks have so much power
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had more options for charts/spreadsheets. I wish it could generate graphs, but I understand this isn't an excel document nor a google sheet. However the functionality of being able to integrate those functions natively to Notion databases would be superb.
Another thing that might be offputting to some but I didn't really mind is that Notion has a steep learning curve. Sure it's easy to get the basics down, but to really get good at notion you need to really invest a lot of tiem into either experimenting with it or with watching tutorials/videos online.

Notion AI is able to quickly teach me brief overviews of topics before class. It can also rewrite my notes and allows me to ask myself practice questions afterward as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the copy and paste is a bit rough. moreso on my Mac. Also that it doesn't have an offline option. We had a nationwide outage the other day and all my files were in the cloud.

What do you like best about the product?
I like its minimalistic design, its ability to create tables, pages, and boards.
It is very easy to use and it has so many features which help me have all of my notes in one place. I use it on a daily basis and I love how easy it is to integrate it with other websites or web apps especially since I code so that I can use GitHub and integrate it on Notion.
Also, so far I never experience any problems when using Notion's customer support.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside that I can think of is that it is such a vast tool that it takes some time to learn it. I would love to see Notion give tutorials about how to create different pages and how to use it to its max potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its implementation of AI has helped me tremendously to write notes efficiently and accurately and create in-depth pages where I can come back to and analze my notes. It has really changed the way I structure my notes and how often I write them.
The AI asssistant has sped up my note taking by at least 2-3x compared to previously. It has great functionality implemented and helps me tackle any problem with ease.

I am happy with the performance
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way in which Notion IA has improved the generative language model to complete tasks as improve the writing of something or abstract in simple words concepts in the notion page.
What do you dislike about the product?
That does not go further with the generation of new ideas or expand concepts as ChatGPT
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to keep my notes and ideas organized. Then I can abstract some concepts from the general idea of the document.
