Notion has helped me track my project better
What do you like best about the product?
Better collaboration and communication. Database and calendar support is awesome

I like navigation, search, and the variety of options to organize the day to day work managing a big project.

Edditing text is not that easy, I still prefer using Google Docs for that purpose.

It helps to organize the work of a distributed team.

What do you like best about the product?
With Notion, we don't need much time to set up parameters and it differs a bit from other competitors that use templates for each type of project. In Notion we can start with a workspace to which we add components or functionalities based on our needs.
Basically, we incorporate elements such as an area to record Sprints, segments that host content and commonly used documents, instructions so that the work team can carry out specific activities, in addition to the customization of fields based on what we need to track tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?
While I like many of the features like the retractable left side menu and Kanban board, I may find the per-user customization a bit limited for my taste.
I also think the 'my profile' options could use more features to create more usability, but that being said, I think Notion is great and teams prefer it for its simplicity and ease of adoption.

With Notion we can keep track of the developments and applications we create at the Institution. We can also make progress reports and keep the entire work team in communication.
Good product but difficult to navigate at first

The features it offers. It's great tool for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to navgiate at first. It takes time to get comfortable with the product, especially if you have never used it before. Some of the features are counterintuitive and there is a steep learning curve.

It is helping with my organization and meeting and keeping deadlines.

Notion is great for concentrating all team information, meeting minutes, assigning projects, processes... notifications when your name is mentioned come via email.

So far, there is nothing to complain about.

Whenever I have a big projects ,i use notion for managing task and setup deadlines for my goals. it has to many features which helps me to managing my team and make easy to it collaborate.

I like the fact that you can personalize the messages and add colours and emojis. You can also lik¡nk one page into the other and organize the information in an effective way.

Sometimes the information is too much. The AI doesn't seem that helpful.
