Embracing the Power: My Enjoyable Journey with Notion's AI Functionality
What do you like best about the product?
The notion has been incredibly valuable to me due to its ability to help me organise my thoughts and conduct thorough research. It's intuitive interface and versatile features have significantly enhanced my productivity and workflow. Particularly the relational databases I can link across multiple areas
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit slow, but no biggy. Also, need an offline Windows desktop version. Locally storable data would be a game changer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has proven to be an invaluable solution for solving various business problems, including organizing research notes, linking data together, managing projects effectively, and maintaining overall life organization.
Good experience, AI good but tend to hallucinations
What do you like best about the product?
The most important factor for me is the implementation of AI, improving my test, additionally the possibility to create databases. I tried other platform but at the moment notion works better for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a lot excel and I can't leave it for only notion because the operations are limited like columns result count only in days and not hours. More spreadsheet function could improve the user experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Systematically save data and notes, polishing it using Ai. Helps saving times on writing and paraphrasing. Reduced time to achieve goals. Performance improvement has been good but the best beenfit has been time saving
Best app for anything besides math
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion because I can manage my notes like no other app and create systems for anything I like. I can easily save my Ideas, journal my thoughts, and save my notes on one platform. I also like the minimal design of Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I really dislike about Notion, although there are some things that could be improved.
One of them is the limitations when I write math formulas. For example, when something is divided by something I'm limited to using the divide sign instead of a line between the dividend and divisor like a traditional formula.
It would be cool to have more font options. Currently, we have 3 different styles: default, mono, and serif. Not that they're bad, but some people have different preferences. I suggest an option that allows us to upload our own font rather than being stuck with those 3 styles.

Managing my notes, journals, and Ideas. If I'm using Word for example and the file is over a year old(or I didn't name it correctly), it takes a while before I can find them again, the naming and saving them in the right place is a bit draining. Thanks to Notion's Page system. It's very easy to find my work
My favorite writing and management tool
What do you like best about the product?
As an AI language model, I have witnessed first-hand how Notion has revolutionized the way teams collaborate and work together. Notion is a true productivity powerhouse that combines the best of spreadsheets, databases, and note-taking tools into one centralized workspace. One of the standout features of Notion is its intelligent use of AI technology, specifically its NotionAI. This cutting-edge technology enhances the user's workflow and helps them work smarter, not harder. NotionAI enables teams to automate repetitive tasks, such as assigning tasks to team members, setting reminders and due dates, and even suggesting the best templates for certain tasks based on previous usage. Notion also allows for seamless communication, whether through collaboration on documents, project management, and team tasks. Moreover, the ability to integrate with other productivity tools like Google Drive, Trello, and Slack, makes Notion an indispensable addition to any team's workflow. The platform's versatility means it can be used by individuals, businesses, or even educational institutions. Notion makes it easy to collaborate and communicate with others in real-time, increasing overall productivity and efficiency. Overall, my experience with Notion has been extremely positive. The intuitive interface, powerful features, and NotionAI technology have significantly improved my workflow. I highly recommend this platform to anyone looking to streamline their work processes and communication within their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it is close to perfect. Sometimes, however, it doesn't work very well in terms of typography and could perhaps be improved. Perhaps a more flexible and convenient typography could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On the one hand, it's a very good editor and I plan everything about me on Notion, including my work assignments, travels, reading, interviews, and much more. At the same time, I use Notion to take notes and write homework, which is very convenient for me with its beautiful format and cloud-synced way. After the advent of NotionAI, I relied on NotionAI to write, and it is very convenient to build gpt into a smart editor like Notion. NotionAI has greatly improved my productivity. I love it!
A Time Saver

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates that are made available are so tedious to use. I especially dont like the fact that it is difficult to navigate the file navigation system.

AI is helping me save alot of time, managing my notes, and making them neater and more available to refer to when reviewing my study material. As such i don t have to manually update and sort my notes

What do you dislike about the product?
1. I have paid for the Notion AI feature, but it only works on the web/desktop version and not on the mobile app.
2. It cannot export tables and sub-pages in PDF or Word format. It was frustrating when I had to manually copy and paste the entire document before sending it to an interviewer.
3. I have also paid for the Grammarly feature, which fixes my grammar and spelling across all platforms where I write. However, Notion is restricted to the Notion desktop and sometimes in the mobile app where you can only view the content and edit. Additionally Grammarly identifies hard to read sentences and provided recommendation when writing.
4. I do not see well known integration partners like Lucidcharts, Balasimique,Miro, visio for wireframe, mockups or drawings

I have been using Notion for the past 6 months, and it has helped me manage my job and prepare for interviews in several ways:

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant until now. But I think Notion can be slow to load and sync sometimes, especially when there are a lot of blocks or media files on a page. And it does not have offline access, which means I always need an internet connection to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of having too many tools and apps for different purposes, such as note-taking, project management, documentation, collaboration, etc. It is a single platform to help can handle all of these needs and more.
This benefits me because I can organize my work and personal life in one place.

Notion - an organisational tool and a study buddy all in one
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the organisational aspect of notion, and the ability to toggle my notes which makes it easier to categorise, especially for a medical student like myself. No other workspace that I am aware of has an AI function alongside it, which is perfect for when I am stuck on a certain topic and need the extra push.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides - there are only small things I would change here in there, like being able to edit tables or having bullet points in tables. The AI would be great if it would answer my questions even if the information prior to it wasn't relevant to my question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was always a procrastinator, but Notion is now my go-to, with all of my notes and life admin stuff in one place. As well as that, the AI tool is really handy. I am a lot more productive and good at retaining information!
