Very handy,useful software for a variety of projects
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a very useful piece of software. It took me time to figure out how to adapt it to my business and purposes, but once I got over that hump I discovered notion was brilliant. I watched a lit of videos and now I can easily develop a whole system of management for the different areas of my work. That's what I like best about Notion. I use it many times every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve for using databases. That was a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI Writing Assistant is brilliant. I started using it for free to assist with projects, and I subscribed as soon as the trial expired. It solves the problem of helping me flesh out my ideas for written endeavours. The basic idea and guidance is given to the AI Assistant and it is more fully developed. The results are clear, logical and make perfect sense with my aims and direction.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion to organize my business and personal life. The recent addition of the Notion AI writing feature has been an absolute gamechanger for ideation, editing and reviewing written work to save me a tonne of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, in terms of project management I prefer using other tools like Clickup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to brainstorm ideas quicker for creating content, writing proposals, performing research tasks and creating documents
Very easy and simple to use. I 💕AI built in option. 💕 Templates as well.

I like that AI is built into it, I like that pages can be found inside of other pages. I like the templates are easy to use and a relevant for my work. I use it very often. I prefer it over Google docs
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that notion doesn't match the format that word and Google Docs use. It's hard to download everything. I'm not clear on integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to be able to transcribe the things that my coworker dreams to do as a muralist. Some of these things need to be formally in order to communicate with other team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion allows me to easily organize and manage all aspects of my personal and professional life in one place. It's incredibly versatile and customizable, making it the perfect tool for staying organized and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the database building/linking can be a bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to store all important information in one place and also build standard operating procedures with my team

The notion AI is the best feature and I use it on daily basis.

Notification can be imporved for check list as alert do not come up on Apple app and IWatch.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has absolutely everything I need to be to be equipped and ready for whatever the day throws at me. I'm human and organizing is not my forte, but notion provides the support I need in this area and has altered my lifestyle. How? By helping me throughout the busy days I need to access something quickly and by helping me understand things when I lack clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all. But perhaps new fonts could be cool to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is leading the front of streamlining the access of information. Being a student that takes notes, notion AI has serves as a legitimate assistant that helps me grasp a multitude of things on a deeper level.

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility. Can be as simple or as complicated to fit your use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to implement space repetition flashcards. However, third-party resources get around this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With regards to the Notion AI Writing Assistant, in particular, I use it less for generation and more to edit and improve the writing I have already written. It's been extraordinarily useful as someone whose job requires a lot of writing. I can focus less on grammar and more on ideas.
In general, Notion serves as my knowledge base for all things as innocuous as a grocery list to the management of tasks for long-term projects. I use it every day.

Great and very usefull tool
What do you like best about the product?
We love Notion, and use it for many purposes, such as: writing playbooks, evaluating ideas and setting quick demo pages for a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first we used Notion to a manage projects, but as complexity grows, we found it a bit messy to support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mostly to write ideas and playbooks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how versitle Notion is. I can go from organizing my thoughts to creating content using the AI feature. I use Notion all day long. It has become the brain of my business!
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint is to be sure if you want to pay annually or monthly in the begining because you can only switch frequency at the end of your monthly or yearly term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep my business AND team organized. We are able to collab while also inviting clients as guests to work along side of us. It's extremely helpful!
Notion is the ultimate productivity and organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Notion is the best thing since the personal computer. I end up using Notion to do most things, its replaced the need for so many programs like CRMs and project management tools, and website content management systems, all the way down to my own notes, calendar, and to-do list. Notion AI is amazing too I can give it prompts from within a page and it can write out or provide information relevant to the topics on the page. I often use the AI to help write blog posts by asking it to generate an outline and then write it out using the notes I provide on-page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I can put here aside from the fact that I feel like its capable of so many more things and thankfully there are updates frequently providing entirely new worlds of functions and features.

Notion helps streamline so many things, and has reduced the need to have multiple tools and figuring out how to connect them. Notion is easy to integrate, set up and is highly customizable.
