What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a bit steep to have a Pro workspace with AI capabilities after currency conversion for BRL here for me, but other than that I havent had any complaints yet.

Notion is a 'batteries included" platform for productivity and organization in general, it has this killer feature of allowing databases that enable some automation flows and templating to create intricate organization setups, but has a clean and simple interface when you open it for the first time, you can get up an running in a few minutes with your tasks and schedule, then build up from there with reminders and different views to tailor the workspace to your needs, it has many ready made integrations with platforms like Google Drive, Jira and Github to centralize project management and all your documentation needs as well so I see the potention for it as a personal organization tool, but as a corporate tool to enable easy collaboration between the members of your team, the menus and UX overall have made it so simple that I just once had to interact with customer support, but it was fast and easy to handle my issue.
I use the tool almost every day and the recently integrated AI Writing Assistant has helped me to brainstorm ideas and get some coding challenges sorted using it as a pair programmer assistant as well as helping me with composing messages and other documentations with grammar and tone corrections.
I have setup my first page in 5 minutes and have not turned back since.

I love Notion for being very simple to use and very smart - Notion AI is an amzing feature because it knows to work in your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it is closed product and laxk of elasticity with "outer world" and tools.

Organise tasks and projects and also combining my own data with AI capabilities.
Useful & Versatile Tool for Swift Team Collaboration and Self-Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love having all the information I need in a single place. As a marketer and salesperson, I can easily access to my client's contact info, customize templates and even create reports! I also use it to organize my day at work. Love how I can collaborate with my colleagues, post info and share resources. The best thing is its adaptability, we are a multidisciplinary team and we all have a great time assigning tasks and sharing relevant information on our workspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I haven't found anything that I dislike particularly. At the beginning it might take a while to get used to it, but once you're into it, you can't live without it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have a tool for team collaboration but it was slow, the UI wasn't as friendly and there weren't really many customization options. Notion's adaptability allowed us to collaborate efficiently, having most of our resources and tasks in a single tool is extremely useful. Besides, we've used many of the templates and adapted it to our needs, it saved us so much time and it's easire for our team to access important information from our workspace.
For hardcore hands on user Notion is heaven
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to customize to your needs, as long as you take your time to create within its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Notion is great. Pricing could be cheaper though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helped me adapt all my roadmap, kanban and wiki needs to my use, instead of rebundling dozens of apps via integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to be able to sync my calendar a little easier rather than needing third party add-ons to complete the task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Compiling all my thoughts, to-do lists, action items, calendar entries etc into one single location
The promising productivity software, with infinite possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and versatility. It's a tool that adapts to my needs rather than the other way around. I can use it for note-taking, project management, task tracking, and even as a knowledge base. The ability to create custom databases and templates makes it incredibly powerful and customizable. It's a one-stop solution for organizing my personal and professional life.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that, at times, it can feel a bit overwhelming due to its extensive feature set. It has a steeper learning curve compared to simpler note-taking apps, and it can be challenging to set up intricate databases and templates. Additionally, while the free version offers a lot, the pricing for the premium plans can be relatively high for some users. Nonetheless, once you get the hang of it, the benefits often outweigh these initial drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving several problems for me, which is immensely beneficial. Firstly, it helps me consolidate my scattered information and tasks into a single, organized space. This reduces the clutter and chaos of using multiple apps or tools for note-taking, project management, and knowledge management.
Secondly, Notion aids in collaboration and knowledge sharing within my team. It allows us to work on projects collectively, centralizing all relevant information and progress tracking. This streamlines communication and enhances productivity.
Thirdly, it provides a flexible and adaptable framework for my personal and professional needs. I can create custom databases, templates, and workflows to suit my specific requirements, which is a tremendous advantage.
Overall, Notion's ability to solve these problems has made my work and life more organized, efficient, and collaborative, ultimately leading to increased productivity and better results.

A smart way to organize both personal and business projects
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about notion is it's well thought-out organizational features. Notion has many advanced features, but the learning curve to get started using them is relative low considering how complex the app is. Inclusion of AI capabilities enhances its usefulness further, making it even easier to organize your thoughts and accomplish tasks within the app. The ability to share pages on Notion is also very useful.
For instance, I used Notion to build a travel page for our upcoming family vacation. In addition to the calendar schedule and map features, which worked well for planning, organizing and quickly updating our itinerary, I used AI to generate a list of things to do in the area based on certain situations and criteria. Then I was able to share this page with family who are attending the trip.

What do you dislike about the product?
While it's fairly easy to learn how Notion works, it isn't always intuitive and can be a little clunky. It is jam-packed with features and the ability to create around databases, but sometimes it gets in the way of ease and setting things up in a more customized way.
Also, Notion's lack of a true search function can be inhibiting when you have a lot of data stored within the app, especially within databases. This has directly impacted how often I use Notion vs other organizational and productivity platforms where I can easily find what I'm looking for amongst various projects.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is excellent for organizing multiple items within multiple business projects. For someone who has multiple projects in gear or in planning at anyone time, Notion keeps me from having to access multiple apps, platforms, databases, and spreadsheets to plan and organize business projects. Also the AI feature cuts down on content writing and idea generation, allowing me to focus on the details of managing various projects.
I also use Notion to create a 2nd Brain setup, which furthers the app's usefulness.
