The most easiest but powerfull knowledge management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly and intuitive tool. Its clean interface makes it easy to organize and manage tasks, put down notes or todos, and collaborate easily. It boosts my productivity and helps my whole team collaborating.
It is also constantly improving and expanding, constantly hearing from the community (I really needed the image crop feature and you did it!)
I hope you will also enlarge integrations with other softwares and improve the Tables feature, that has still lots of space to grow

What do you dislike about the product?
Improve offline access: I found myself working from the airplane and I could not access all of my pages but just cached ones.
Maybe implement the possibility to manually cache a set of pages for offline access (such as spotify does with offline playlists)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, knowledge management. It is helping sharing knowledge or even just write down notes or simple todos.
We use it as a knowledge share platform to document all out stuff.
I write technical analyses to share with other stakeholders or teammates, directly receiving feedbacks by comments

Love the linked databases, would really appreciate addition of computation like sheets/ excel
What do you like best about the product?
Apart from linked databases, I've seen that search has improved alot. Also, Ask AI feature is really good. It reduce the time to go though long notion documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
This stays the same, I would love the integration of table/ database cells + computation. Currently need to do this on Excel or google doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is the single source of documentation, organisation goals setting and tracking tool for us.

The Notion has a lot of function that helps our day-to-day operation. This is also a very helpful tool for collaboration with other team members.

Notion is sometimes hard to navigate but if you can get the gist of it, it will be easier for you.

Notion has helped us with project management and storing important documents. It has become a knowledge-based tool where we can store our SOPs.

We store here the process to complete certain recurring tasks so we don't relay only in the person that does the task

A great productivity tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great tool that helps me to efficiently take notes and have automations in place. I've been using this for a few years now and I can't even imagine days without having this tool to help with my productivity. Setting up the tool is very simple and don't need much effort. They also offer a lot of out of the box intergrations which is pretty straightforward. Also I had a great experience with the support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike. Probably the one feature that I'd like in the free plan is to add custom domain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm managing all my account books and knowledge sources in notion. So whenever I need any information on any of my account, it is easy for search and get the information as we have every data stored in one place.

I haven't had much issues with notion except for when logging in when the interface doesn't restore me to my previous workspace.

A Knowledge Base Platform with Literal Endless Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
I love the flexibility to create any kind of system, database or knowledge base through infinitely customizable pages. The ability to think up a concept and see it come to life is super empowering and I now use it constantly in my day to day work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does have a decent learning curve to really start creating more complex bases but it does a great job of easing you in with the simple concept of interconnected pages while you learn the more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to constantly keep track of all of my active projects and tasks in a custom database that is unique to my work. I also am able to utilize it to create quick, comprehesive pages where I share timelines and other knowledge base style content within my team and with other departments.
