Makes Project Management Easy and Keeps All My Ideas in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I organize my notes and to-dos. It makes project management very easy. I like that I can keep track of my ideas in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit hard to understand the features in the beginning. Other than that, it is very useful when you know how to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management, note taking and note organization.
Versatile All-in-One Tool with Some Speed Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is a great all-in-one app for notes, tasks, and project management, helping me organize my work and personal life all in one place. The customization and templates are very useful, making managing projects simple and efficient. I like how it combines notes, tasks, and databases in one place, making it easy to manage projects and track progress. Having everything in one place saves time and avoids switching apps. Linking tasks with notes helps me stay organized and track work easily. I also appreciate that it becomes my main hub to organize everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can feel slow sometimes, especially with large pages. It takes time to learn and set up properly. Better offline support would make it even more useful. Notion could improve speed by optimizing large pages and databases so they load faster on mobile devices. Reducing lag when switching between pages would improve the experience. Adding proper offline mode with auto-sync when back online would be very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability, interface, and speed of Notion. It allows me to save time and focus on high-value tasks instead of spending time on administrative work. The initial setup was very easy, as I have used Notion before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the tools for saving and editing documents in Notion not very accessible, as they are initially hard to locate. The toolbar itself is difficult to find, which can be frustrating when trying to use these features.

Notion helps me find resources across sources and saves time in getting customer answers, letting me focus on high-value tasks instead of admin.
Effortless Collaboration, Easily Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion makes it easy to write, create tables, and format content. Finding and sharing pages is really quick and simple. Plus, I enjoy the page emojis. The integration with Slack is another benefit, especially for notifications and setting up new form responses, which works seamlessly. The initial setup was really easy for my team.

I think Notion could be more customizable for databases.

Notion helps me collaborate and control access to documents and announcements. It's easy to find, write, and share pages. I enjoy creating tables and formatting, and I find the page emojis fun.

Easy, Rich Documentation Creation and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to create, organize, and share documentation that feels rich in color and texture. The interface is straightforward, and overall it’s simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its AI has recently overwritten my Mermaid diagrams, so I have to be careful when I ask it to write in certain documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me create, organize and share documentation and most recently it's integration with Claude has helped the AI and myself define architecture for a project we're working on.
Customizable and Prototyping-Friendly, But Navigation Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like how customizable and quick to prototyping Notion is. The basic features are quite good, and the search and AI features are helpful. It's a very easy way to spin up some concepts and ideas, letting us focus on the content. The coloration and comments are intuitive, and the notifications, though persistent, really improve visibility. I also use it with Linear and integrate it with Slack and Cursor, which enhances my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's really hard to navigate and it's so creatively free that sometimes it's hard to know where to start. I think a more centralized splash page could be good... though I can't complain because I could just build that myself. It was alright; I got lost quite a bit. But now I know the search and stuff is quite helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a centralized hub of information for engineering docs and knowledge management. It's very customizable and quick for prototyping, allowing me to focus on content rather than formatting, with intuitive collaboration features and improved visibility through notifications.
Seamless User Experience, Ideal for Daily Work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the user experience in Notion is pretty seamless. It's very user-friendly when it comes to doing things, which is probably the biggest advantage for me. I also noticed that Notion AI allows for searching, which has been a positive experience. Additionally, the feature that keeps track of all your touches in Notion has been pretty useful in my opinion.

Sometimes searching is not a trivial thing.

I use Notion as a task board, for one-on-one meetings, note-taking, and document sharing. It's user-friendly on both laptop and cell phone.

I use Notion for personal projects, and it helps me keep track of stuff I am working on in an easy way. I like the AI features and the beautiful pages it makes, which makes it easy to work with. The initial setup was very easy.

Flexible and Customizable for Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's flexibility when it comes to customizing databases, pages, and workflows. It allows us to create workflows that best suit our specific needs and keep updating and changing them as those needs evolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple of basic things that I think could be improved. Such as more colors, more design templates, the ability to batch change a bunch of pages in the database, and sometimes it can freeze if the task is too large or if the computer is doing other tasks.

Notion helps us keep track of testing, development, bugs, and enhancements across multiple team members.
