a workspace gamesaver!
What do you like best about the product?
A huge benefit is using Notion to coordinate with my team. We have team pages set up for broader project roadmaps and statuses. Then "databases" within those to assign and track specific tasks. We can comment on each others' work, share resources, sync calendars - everything we need to collaborate. And I love that I can access it from anywhere on my phone, tablet or computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion isn't perfect of course - it can feel a bit cluttered at times and I wish the mobile app was smoother. But the flexibility and features far outweigh those nitpicks for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how Notion consolidates all your notes, tasks, docs, wikis, calendars, etc. in one centralized workspace. No more scattered information across apps and devices. Notion allows me to customize nearly everything to fit my needs. Its building blocks can morph into any system you want - dashboard, knowledge base, tracker, planner, and more! All in one!
Indispensable and flexible tool for any business
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of flexibility regarding the documents that can be created. It has helped us provide visibility of operations to the team and have complete transparency of the documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like tools such as tables to be more powerful and have the ability to create more flexible relationships between different tables with greater ease.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, it helps us with organizing information. It allows us to centralize documents of different types, code documentation when it is necessary to perform queries, and also to organize a backlog of functions for team members.
Great Collaboration Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We've moved our internal intranet from Sharepoint to Notion and find it much more user friendly. Personally I like the interface and customisation tools. It's very easy to set up team workspaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've not come across anything about Notion that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strong team collaboration tool, we have also used it to replace our sharepoint based intranet.
All in one! Notion saves time and money
What do you like best about the product?
I like that this platform combines Trello, Dropbox Paper, and Onroadmap into one place. Previously, I had to use these services separately, but now I can access them all in one place with an incredible design and user experience. As a designer, I enjoy the organized layout.

What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I have never faced any difficulties or problems while using the service. Both the desktop and mobile experiences are great. Occasionally, I need to increase the font size to read the text from a distance. To do this, I export it to PDF, where I can scale it. However, this is not a significant issue.

It combines different services in one place.
The pricing is affordable; I unsubscribed from alternative services.

AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The AI of Notion is amazing, it assists me in my daily life, from complex tasks to simple ones, making everything quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only point that I believe needs improvement is the instability. Sometimes the AI goes out of service, especially when I use it for a long time.

Many things... I write educational content and the Notion AI has been a tremendous partner.

The best thing I like about Notion is the Customizability options they provide, Notion is highly customizable so you can create a workspace that fits your specific needs.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion is good for them who use it on desktop version but the mobile app is not as user friendly as the web app. It would be better if you use it on your PC for better experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to note down my all important task on a notebook before I came across Notion, it wasn't possible for me to carry that notebook everywhere. Notion came like a lifesaviour for me.
Now I can make a to-do list and prioritise my tasks so that I know what to prioritise first, and it's more handy and time saving.

With Notion, we can store all of our company's data in a single location. The entire team can easily access shared resources such as wikis, documents and task lists. Notion can be customized to your company's specifications, and we can offer custom integrations for ease of use with your existing software. This is a fantastic opportunity to design a workplace that perfectly suits our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's user interface needs improvement, and I've had trouble locating it through keyword searches no matter how many times I've tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With this software, we have been able to take a granular approach to data warehousing for various clients. Notion has been used to make notes, documents and projects, all of which can have links and attachments added to them with ease. Thanks to this, we can keep track of everything with ease and increase our efficiency. Notion is a useful tool for group work. The pages you create in Notion can be shared with others and edited in real time. This facilitates internal communication and collaboration on projects.
Extremely useful database management
What do you like best about the product?
I can keep track of assignments, save images I want to see all together and manage my CRM. My personal CRM includes various methods of categorization, tags, and a countdown to remind me when it is time to reach back out to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was stuck wasting time for about 3 months trying to make it a calender, habit tracker, etc etc. Don't try to use it for what it isn't. It could be a habit tracker if it had a better mobile interface. Additionally, you can't recover writing that you accidentally delete!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of contacts, improving writing, and also being a sounding board for ideas. I end up having conversations with AI about how I can assist in things.

What do you like best about the product?
Love Notion mostly for documentation. It is more like the knowledge base for the entire organization. Easy to write, and find information easily.

I wish AI tool was embedded in the pricing instead of adding it as add on pricing

Best Managment and Planning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has so many great features like we can create pages with nested pages. We can use a wide variety of elements on our page and also we have a database option that can be used as our CRM. it's good for small businesses and easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have any option for automation. we have Zapier for that but there are no inbuilt options for automation. The file size is limited to 5MB which I don't like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using notion to manage my business workflow, managing projects & tasks. It has great features like Kanban boards by which we can easily change the status of projects and tasks. we have unlimited storage. Easy to use and multi-device support which I love.
