Amazing tool for Project managing
What do you like best about the product?
The AI assisted features are superhelpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Leaner configuration controls that are less error prone. I would like to have the option to create and configure content in a more agile, 'lite' manner, for pages that are all about content, not form, and aren't so bound to block content configs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an organization where the knowledge base needs to be easily available and quickly updated to share with all teams, Notion has come in to substitute our previous solution because it does an amazing job at precisely delineating team spaces and offering controlled sharing options that fit our needs perfectly.

AI feature is lacking. Also, I wish it was more like excel where you can edit cells, move around, or at least able to export/convert into excel

Makes Everything Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the AI tool. I also love how I can organize and brainstorm the concept that I need to create for email, text, and social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like least is that sometimes the charts are difficult to understand how to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me write sales, copy, sales, email, Scripps for my YouTube videos, etc. Notion also helps me organize my workflow for social media, content, creation, and other business tasks. It takes so much stress away and helps me stay organized.
Great tool for note organization; Terrible subscription plan for Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a powerful productivity and organization tool that allows users to create rich documents, databases, and to-do lists, as well as embed links and create sub-pages within a single workspace. What I like best about Notion is its flexibility and customization options, allowing users to tailor the platform to their specific needs and preferences. Additionally, its user-friendly interface and intuitive design make it easy to use and navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is great, but the fact that you have to pay subscription fees separately for each workspace makes it difficult to take full advantage of the tool. It would be great if there is an option for individual users to have Notion AI available for all their workspaces for personal use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create a hierarchy of pages and documents with access to databases makes it easy to organize my notes and projects.
Great app for notes power users
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility and the many types of widgets I can use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't recommend it to people that just want something simple. Apple notes would do the trick.

Saving notes? I have bad memory.

What do you like best about the product?
The extreme adaptability to how various people organize and visualize data and notes. Ability to alter data down the line as it grows without much adaptation. I've transitioned into now only utilizing Notion for most tasks/organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still lacking a variety if features that could greatly improve the overall use of the program:
- OCR Reading for Videos/Images and PDFs for Notion Search
- Videos in Content of Pages can be viewed in Gallery Mode as the 'Cover Image'
- Ability to use iPhone Shortcuts and Upload Media[Photo+Video]
- Notion iOS Share Menu with the ability to add Property Data information at the time of share
- Freeze Header Columns while scrolling horizontally
- AI Search within images [Similar to Google Photos Seach for Items in Content]
- AI ability to alter database adjustments
- AI Image find and search from web

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of Project status and reference to past projects, utilized as a CRM manager as other CRMs I am locked into certain parameters and with Notion I have a lot more freedom with how I want to use my information.

Amazed by how well Notion has been as an AI Writing Assistant to me in the past few months. It also works very well in helping brainstorming and researching information. Highly recommend!

User interface can be further improved to make it more friendly.

i am using Notion to help writing and coding in my paper and also business projects. It works very well so far, at a low cost with great efficiency.
A versatile power-tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Notion is its versatility, and the fact that you can easily drop any kind of content and it handles it without hassle. The mobile and tablet apps are also quite convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been recently trying out Notion AI, and even when it's pretty good, it's also sometimes a little tricky to make it work properly, with ocassional periods of unavailability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps keeping all information together. It works as a quick note keeping and knowledge base tool you can easily tailor to you needs. Also its new AI Writting Assistance helps you sumarizing information or just writing new content from scratch.
A good personal wiki
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a simple interface to document and take notes and the option to include any document format type and is very customizable. Also like that it is easily accessible on all devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While exporting the document to pdf, there isn't much option to format the export. Also a good support to import any markdown document in the exact format would have been good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single app that is easily accessible on all the platforms. Very good as a student for note-taking and documenting all the resources to be used as a personal wiki.
