Reviewing of Notion's AI
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's customizable layout and their organization capabilities. How i can store everything in there and find what I need even notes and ideas from years ago.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started took a long time to build things the way I needed them to be. So implementation can be daunting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me organize my thoughts and also to create better content for my team and external processes.
Its cool but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
I like the modularity that is in-built. I like that its a clean layout with a perfect amount of features. It isn't too buggy. Its pretty easy to use and learn and implement into my day to day life. For my issue, it was good there there was customer support to see if its an issue on your end or my end. It is easy to integrate into my day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with when Notion Database went down, and I couldn't take notes for my class making it really hard. I would love to improve reliability or atleast some caching so that I have somewhere to get my notes. I would love to use it more but after the bug, I started using my notebook again. (used to previously use it a couple times a day).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me have an AI assistant in my notebook. But it is not the most accurate at times so its not the best solution.
Notion AI feature is super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion's AI feature is an add-on feature for writing in the document. This way I can focus on writing first before using AI to help me. My most used feature is Improve writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any big feedback about Notion. The AI sometimes suggests wierd/awkward sentences but hopefully, with time, this will be improved.

The best feature of Notion is it is easily accessible whether you are using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Perfect for people on the go who needs an organized way to store information that may be needed anytime

I hope more shortcut keys would be incorporated in the app for ease of use. It would be also great if we can color code the notes background itself

What do you like best about the product?
Flexible templates and even blank pages, that can be added in to the overall document, are very helpful. Different views of data tables, also helpful. Note taking, ai writing, so much more it is absolutely amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing, except it is a bit of a learning curve. Not Notion's "fault" it just is.

organizing art projects and where they appear; sorting user names, passwords for multi multi websites
Mind-blowing and time-saving
What do you like best about the product?
I no longer subscribe to cloud services. I used to have fear of lost data, so I subscribed to muptiple clouds to keep all my files. Later, it's gotten to a point where typing a file name throwing me 17 identical files stored in all different clouds. I don't have to do that anymore. I keep all my important documents in Notion and retrieve them effortlessly by typing the keywords. I also love the Notion AI. I used to spend all day proofreading my client's papers, but now, Notion AI does it for me faster and more accurately. Being able to organize all different types of files is the most important feature for me. AI took it to another level. The only thing I'm worried about is my "OVER"-depence on Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, there was a learning curve. I kept it as is for more than a year because I felt overwhelmed. Later, when I became more comfortable with it, I started seeing myself using only Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading! All I need to do is copy + paste the text and use AI to "Correct all grammar errors." It does a fantastic job within seconds.
Cloud replacement! I no longer spend time looking the the files I kept in the cloud services. I keep everything in Notion and retrieve it whenever I want.

What do you like best about the product?
It simplify everything, from writing to calculating and presenting projects

It cannot support large files lets say i would want to drop a large video file it cannot support it

What do you like best about the product?
A life/work planner that is so accessible, easy to navigate, and customized both visually and functionally. My first online planner that's a great landing page for my everyday life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe there are too many options? There are so many features and ways to create your 'perfect' page, I get caught up with design rather than function/productivity. Going overboard with widgets, and sometimes there have been some troubleshooting with those, for instance, the Spotify widget only plays a preview of the song and I spent too much time trying to fix it. I went through all the steps to change but no luck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Note-taking, email drafts, the AI feature really helped especially when applying to jobs and having to draft many professional emails and cover letters. And overall for day-to-day calendar tasks, helped me to stay busy and focused.
