Notion AI makes it easier for me to proofread, organize, and write.

Notion is quite expensive, especially for the individual user.

The AI Writing assistant helps me move through emails, papers, etc. much faster than any other platform I've used.

Great for structuring work, project management, tasks, AI support and knowledgebase. The new AI supports in writing content quickly and improving overall quality

Dataprivacy not up to european standards and requirements

General company knowledge base and individual project / task management.
Simple and nice user interface with immense potential for work and project structure

Databases within companies can get huge and you need to be an expert to understand how to merge information and keep the overview.

* Project Management: great overview for all project relevant information: meeting notes, configured properties, colleagues/parties involved, timelines etc.

Notion has helped as a todo and scheduler app for organization

There are some performance issues once the size of your database becomes very large-- however, there has been a huge improvement over the past couple of years
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a medical student, Notion has helped tremendously in organizing my classes and schedule by using different tags and templates that help me keep track of what I've done and what needs to be accomplished.
My new go-to for information storage
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the flexibility of the tool to create nearly anything I want. I have been storing everything on google for a while now and notion allows the freedom for full customization I need to arrange my thoughts and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spell checking doesn't seem to autocorrect and sharing information can be confusing as to the level of access provided to others. Having shortcut keys a bit easier to access would be helpful to quickly navigate around the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making information easier to store, and organize into categories that allow that can be fully personalized. I find while it takes a little getting used to, it does provide a really great range of capabilities to capture the much needed thuughts of the company for all facets of the team.

Notion keeps me and my team highly organized. I love the ability to create pages that reference one another, connecting the business in a truly efficient way.

Nothing. Notion is great and continues getting better and better with every product update.

Notion is helping me stay organized in a fully remote and cross-functional work environment. Couldn't work without it.
My experience of personal and work use
What do you like best about the product?
I preferred Notion over any other application because of its interface, which is very easy to navigate. I love how you can organize documents and the variety of available visualizations that are very useful. Additionally, if you have trouble structuring information, there are many helpful templates.
I initially started using this software solely for personal use, such as taking daily notes, saving relevant information, or creating task lists, etc. However, I found the application so comprehensive that without realizing it, I began integrating many work-related aspects into it. Eventually, I decided to implement this application as an additional tool for my entire team, and to this day, I believe it has been an excellent decision.
Another aspect that I love is the ease of use on any device. I can quickly access my documents from my laptop or cellphone, and any changes are updated swiftly if I'm using both devices simultaneously.

Sometimes I use the app to create work logs or notes for certain projects, so I often add photos to my documents. I usually take the pictures within the application, but it can be quite tedious. Many times, the app becomes very slow when doing this, which is something I dislike the most.
Moreover, I don't like that I can't rotate my photos. Sometimes, they are displayed incorrectly, and it's quite inconvenient to view them that way.
Another aspect is that when the new AI feature was implemented, I started testing this new tool. However, the free attempts were very limited, not enough to evaluate whether I wanted to purchase the subscription or not.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This app is an all-in-one solution. I can create tables, lists, hold meetings, and write documents. The most incredible feature is that I can add code, and it respects the syntax correctly, that's the most valuable aspect for me. I can include any type of information, including photos and audio. I appreciate the high level of customization it offers, I can easily highlight text and if I want to move a paragraph within a document, I don't need to copy and paste, just dragging it is enough.
In my work, Notion has made collaboration very easy, being able to create documents that can contain such a variety of information has allowed us to consolidate all our documentation in one place. The updates are reflected instantly, and it has also helped us to organize ourselves better.

Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Better and better, and now, with the use of AI to help us, it has become even more practical to work with practically everything necessary within Notion. I need to switch products less and less to manage the day and produce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, however, as with anything in life, it can always improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of content, activities, projects, To Do lists, and now, content creation and publication schedule. I am also using it to share an online knowledge base with other colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
the template and plugin make it best as a structuring tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimmes it becomes difficult to devise your own template amongst complicated plugins avaialable already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a streamlined and structured plugin platform for the management of notes and projects. Community inclusion is also an interesting feature.

Nothing. Notion nailed it with AI. Whenever I need something in Notion, I got what I need!

I'm a developer, and Notion helps me with the code parts and insights about how to do some tasks. Furthermore, I never research on Google again because the first place I study is here!
