Notion, early days but loving it so far
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not a coder. What I love about Notion is I can build simple lists, checklists, databases, and web pages that solve my niche needs. I can share pages with my coaching clients, I can share databases or resources (e.g. branding assets) with my global partners, and I can create and share any of these as webpages with a single click. Amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the mobile experience. It requires good internet access. For example, the workout tracking app I built doesn't work well at my gym because the web access is poor. So I moved that over to Apple Notes for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy to access knowledge base for myself and others. I love how easy it is to build a page and share it as a webpage. I use it as a resource hub for my global partners.

Notion is a cheap tool and affordable with great features.
It is easier to use, implement and deploy in our organization.
It's has templates which helps in customization of projects and working faster on the projects.
It's documentation is very nice to understand and it's learning curve is fantastic ic without complications.

What do you dislike about the product?
For now I can't think of any disability of Notion tool it has been a fantastic tool in our side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is very helpful in managing our projects through its workflow management features where it poses great workability to planning of our projects.
Great Studying/Organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion mainly for writing and organizing my note. I like the AI, toggle feature, linkage between pages, multiple tabs, and ability to import/export file.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of capability to display pptx,docs, and pdf vividly and properly. AI lack ability to upload image and pdf file. Notion calendar does not sync tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The toggle is very useful tool for active recall. The struture of Notion helps organize notes effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
NotionAI helps me create assignments and lesson plans. It takes my garbled ideas and clarifies them so that others might understand what's happening in my head. Expert level life hack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Back links can be fussy. I wish I could use it with my colleagues without paying out of pocket (university won't cover it because we have access to sharepoint/onenote but come on.. Notion is so much better.)

Notion helps me organize curriculum and collect interesting articles/videos to use as class examples and case studies. I like the visual nature of the product.

It takes time to people to learn how to use it.
Great Product Overall - Just Have some minor bugs that need to be fixed
What do you like best about the product?
Love the AI writing feature, as well as the easy use of toggles, bullets, etc. This allows me to streamline my writing process signficiantly (no need to copy and paste into chat GPT)
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that sometimes documents that have been updated by different parties don't automtically sync for other people viewing the doc, which causes signficant confusion in the day to day work flow

Making it a more streamlined work flow for workplace documentation.

My go-to writing tool
What do you like best about the product?
I only use a fraction of what Notion can do but all the same, I find it both useful and elegant compared with the alternatives. I like the AI feature enough to pay for it without grumbles and find it useful as a co-worker/assistant when I want a view on different ways of putting words together.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the word-processing features seem a bit clunky, due to the UI implementation. Text transformation in particular feels cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a designer, I find the AI feature helpful for generating alternative copy suggestions.
Great Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a pastor, sermon prep is an important role I perform weekly. Having the ability to create templates that help me streamline my process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike but it's so much more I can be using this tool for and I haven't scratched the surface.
