notion's flexibility is one of the best things about the platform, its capability of making notes, managing projects and making other collaborative documents is of great help to users, one of the best tools for organising and structuring all the informtion in one place

basics are easy to learn and grasp but the advance features might be of some challenge for the beginners

I use Notion to create product specifications and other documentation for internal purposes. It's easy for stakeholders to view and comment on the documents I make. Integration with other apps is also useful as you can easily view the details of those links on the Notion page.

There's no internal communication option available. That's one of its drawbacks and my only dislike about this software

Notion helps make notes of daily tasks easily which I use in my day to life.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the status buttons and that they are color-coded so it pops out more. I like that this platform feels like one long-running but organized to do list. You can have one central project and create different headers, bulleted lists, check-lists and status updates all under one roof. This is like everything I scribble down on a notepad but in a very streamlined and organized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the templates could be a little more in-depth and have some more descriptions and niche uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping individuals and teams solve project management issues. Especially in Marketing or other creative industries there are so many steps involved in each aspect, task, and sub-task of a project. It is easy to lose parts in the process. With this system you can create projects for yourself to stay on top of your own projects and deadlines, and you can also assign projects to others so everyone has access to the same document/project. This is a way to hold both yourself and your teammates accountable.
