Best app to track project or specs
What do you like best about the product?
Recently discovered that we can deploy the created task on notion can share the deployed site link to anyone who don’t have access of that that’s really good feature

It's web-based. So it's difficult to use in an offline situation.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love the most about Notion is the flexibility of sharing it with others and multiple people can use the sheet at the same time. I used it for work initially and eventually, I started using it for my personal use as well. The convenience of already-made templates and the way one can customize them according to their need is phenomenal. Since then I have had both PC and mobile versions of Notion and a lot of it for my day-to-day tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I'm not a fan of is its integration between the PC and mobile versions. There are a lot of unavailable features on the mobile version which makes it difficult as you can't cry your laptop everywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me bring all the possible data related to my work on one platform. I don't need to switch between different sources anymore as everything is in one place now. Also the feature to customize is what I adore about this software.

I like how Notion allows me to keep all of my notes and expense analytics in one place. The user interface is nicely designed and very user-friendly, making it a pleasure to use. I also appreciate the AI experience. One of the best that I've tried.

Notion helps us to save the knowledge base for processes, billing reports, and updates. We no longer have to use a different tool for reports and we don't have to send emails just to send an update. We'll just need to go to Notion and create it and tag everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
I started the notion of project and task management in my team. it has a single board creation with multiple views. so it helps me to manage the task easily. Also, the notion's personal board feature is good. every task has a communication history and a documentation feature is also useful.

notion has lots of features so sometimes UI is slow and lagging. also realtime project view change feature is frustrating

Sometimes the number of templates gets overwheling to understand and to get hold off in using, but notion has necessary guildelines to understand them.
