the fact i can order everything in folders

Table -> please improve classic table and let us add more data into it too
Table database -> would be amazing to make it more seamless to add images and video to property
Markdown is nice, but sometimes i feel very limited, not enough color choice, or layout to make a document as beautifull as google doc. To look serious i still need to use google doc today. Notion always look too gimicky

Knowledge database. I keep track of everything in it
Notion is a life saver for research fellas
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has tremendously helped me manage my research projects. The AI writing assistant irons out my jibberish notes and makes them look professional. Not only that, but it also helps me brainstorm over ideas.

It's so easy to navigate and use the spaces, searching is made dummy proof. Creation of documents is a breeze

Sometimes formatting can be challenging and it's not as intuitive where to place your cursor to edit or insert

It's a great collabrative tool that works across the company to help create, innovate and maintain things like knowledge bases, project planning and general information

I like the fact that documents are organized and artificial intelligence is used to edit and improve them.

Sometimes, unfortunately, AI doesn't work.

Once you are fully onboarded on it´s uses, you will never look other way

How well the product honors their value proposition, and each feature is thought to enable organizations, managers, IC´s into having better centralized communication and nail efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting used to it requires some deep exploration, and adoption for our organization took months. Still, once we adopted everybody, it´s been an incredible tool to achieve alignment and accountability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team accountability and Allingement, having an internal company CRM, and a standardized formula for all managers to communicate within departments, and team members to follow up on their performance. Documentation of all relevant manners for internal communication with both team members and clients.
Amazing AI Tools and Excelent Wiki
What do you like best about the product?
It´s a very easy to use, easy to adopt platform. We use it a lot in our company. For internal wiki as well as for client-facing pages. It´s flexible and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit slow sometimes. Can get clunky when working with multiple blocks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have our internal base knowledge in Notion and it´s great. The team loves it. Search function is great. Very flexible. Dark mode works perfectly. I highly recommend it.

I think that the best thing about Notion is its versatility of uses. You can go from managing your roadmap to tracking your selling numbers or 1:1 meetings.

What do you dislike about the product?
I understand that some formulas and relations have limitations, but it would be amazing to automatically create relations between different tables in different workspaces, without having to manually create a check relation.
Additionally, having the ability to create notifications sent to a specific email address instead of just the admin or all users of a workspace would be helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product manager, I have to gather a lot of information about current and future products in development, keep the knowledge base easily accessible, groomed, and updated, and keep track of all tasks related to our sprints.
Notion helps me keep the information accurate and clear, without grammatical mistakes or double meanings. Visually, it's easy to see what everyone has to do next, and it's so simple that everyone can be in charge of some template improvement, and I can still track any changes anywhere in case of any incorrect changes or updates.

It helps me organize my private and professional life. Its super felxible and lets me customize everything to my specific needs,

Its not a program that many corporates like to use, due to some lacking features and high learning curve needed to be productive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can build training pages within notion with easy flow for all to use. I do like the simplicity to use notion and to be able to use it as a way to present data and work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes in order to go back to a page you have to click numerous times to go to the main page and sometimes its quicker to click off a subsection and search for the original page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables different departments accross the business to access project work and deadlines. It also solves the problem of having all training materials in a g-drive.
