An excellent addition to Notion, but much room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration, easy of use. easy to convert content for web. Automations are good. IA is a real bonus

It replicates tools that I necessarily have to pay for! The IA is a little hit and miss at the moment

Organisational - easier to use in terms of organisational work than many PM or KM type tools

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is completely what you make of it. It can fit nearly any of my use cases, and I have very little trouble ever making a nice page to organize my thoughts. The embed feature is one of my favorites, and the new Notion AI has been ever so helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly care for the unintuitive copy-and-paste features. I can't ever CMND C CMND V with short cut keys, rather I have to very carefully select all the text (not selecting the boxes) and then right click to copy and paste. It would be much easier if I could use regular shortcut keys with this. Also I don't like how notion lacks basic relative spreadsheet functions. I'd love to be able to have basically simple "Excel" functions built into the table feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me map out and collect all my notes in one place. AI has helped expand my ability to understand more and plan better. It helps me find out not what to say, but how to say it best... thus leaving me more time to focus on other things making me more productive overall.

The management of data is very effective. The search function is powerful. Data classification and referencing are convenient. Data is classified through different tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to have the ability for knowledge to reference each other, associate knowledge points, and form a knowledge graph, creating interrelated connections to facilitate knowledge extraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the collection of scattered knowledge points for easy subsequent organization to form a knowledge center. You can gradually review them later.

Notion allows me to keep my technical and non-technical docs in one places, while easily being able to share with colleages
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is slow to start/load, and does not support handwriting on devices like my iPad (i.e. Scribble support)

Notion is our company home for notes and docs. Notion AI, in particular, is great for helping generate docs from scratch when you don't know where to start

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep things organised and is very efficient in the way it works. Lots of optionality

It's not the most intuitive software to use and needs further demonstration

It helps me get out of a writers block through the continue writing function

What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve - while Notion offers a lot of functionality out of the box. I've found limitations on how pages can be formatted or how data can be visualised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it as a second brain - following Tiago Fortes model.

Good and practical, but not oustanding.

All the information that you can put together in one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout is genuinely simple and plain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves to have a shared platforms among all the employees. The IA chat is also a helpful tool but quite repetitive.

Generative page blocks for ai allow me to cultivate text, repurpose page blocks and create iterative writing that i can easily break into sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish buttons were more capable.

Notion is able to quickly expand my writing capabilities.

I like the clear and simple structure of the pages you create

I'm still unsure on the sharing pages side of it. I think that could work better.

i love the ai and the organisation that i can do, its easy to have all my documents sorted and filed away in a good manner. i also like the fact that i can share my page
What do you dislike about the product?
i dont like the fact i cant format better, they should add the option to allow the page to be centerd and more customisation in documents, they should also make more plans for the group plans
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is able to store all of my notes in a good manner, it also helps me take notes with the ai since it can summarise and save time with stuff like putting it in bullet points
