Highly Versatile, Great for Task Management

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to use and free of cost. The UI is great, and the features it offers for almost every task are awesome. The initial setup was extremely easy, which made getting started a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the structure of boards sometimes becomes complex to use. The mobile app can be sluggish, and offline functionality is limited. Native calendar integrations and more granular permissions would also enhance usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as a personalized assistant for managing tasks, helping me plan my class schedule and organize homework and assignments.

Keeping my agency’s content and project tasks in one place

  • December 18, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I run a content agency called Upword Media where we juggle a lot of moving parts for SaaS clients. I love that I can keep our strategy docs, white papers, and video scripts all in one spot instead of losing them in different apps. The databases are huge for us because they let me build frameworks that my team can actually use every day. It feels like a relief to have everything connected so we can stay on budget and on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely takes some time to learn. When I first started, I felt pretty overwhelmed by all the options and it took a while to get our workspace set up right. Also, the mobile app isn't great if you need to do anything besides a quick check on a project. It can also get a bit slow when we have a ton of data or big databases in one page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has basically become our second brain. Since we work with tech brands in FinTech and HRTech, we need to stay organized without much friction. It helps us keep our quality high across our whole writing team. My team doesn't have to ask where a file is anymore because they know the answer is always just in Notion.

Unified Workspace with Powerful Integrations

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion as a unified workspace. Being an M365 admin, I keep Graph API and PowerShell docs in a single workspace, which is really useful. Notion works great for integrating with other apps like Zapier. The best thing is that Notion AI can summarize meeting notes, and it provides valuable templates for customized dashboard daily queues. I also really enjoy Notion's real-time collaboration, which enables instant co-editing of M365 runbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the occasional performance issues in Notion's desktop agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a unified workspace for task management, documentation, and integrations. It centralizes my tools and documents, like Graph API and PowerShell docs, in one place. Notion also seamlessly integrates with apps like Zapier.

Exceptional All-in-One Productivity Platform with Outstanding Flexibility

  • December 17, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an exceptional all-in-one productivity platform that combines databases, notes, wikis, and project management tools seamlessly. The flexibility to customize workspaces according to individual needs is outstanding. The intuitive interface makes it easy for new users to get started, while advanced features cater to power users. Strong collaboration capabilities and reliable performance make it an excellent choice for teams and individuals alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be steep for beginners due to the extensive customization options. Performance can be sluggish with very large databases. The free tier has storage limitations. Pricing for larger teams could be more competitive. Mobile app could use further optimization for smoother performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves critical organizational challenges by consolidating multiple tools into a single platform. It eliminates the need to switch between note-taking apps, project managers, and databases. This integration significantly improves productivity and team collaboration. Notion helps organize information systematically, track project progress efficiently, and maintain centralized knowledge bases. The customizable databases enable businesses to manage workflows, track metrics, and streamline processes without technical complexity.

Flexible, Collaborative Workspace That Empowers Marketers

  • December 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
How flexible it is and how well it adapts to the way I think and work as a marketer. It feels less like a tool and more like a shared workspace where ideas, plans, and knowledge can live together. I use it to document strategies, capture ideas, write drafts, and create lightweight systems without friction. It is especially powerful for async work because context is always there and nothing gets lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have seen teams build beautiful spaces that slowly turn into content graveyards because no one maintains them. Performance can also feel slow at times, especially with large databases, which breaks focus. And while it is great for documentation and thinking, it is not ideal for tracking execution or performance, so it often needs to be paired with another tool. It is powerful, but it requires strong discipline to stay useful over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the biggest benefit is clarity and continuity. I can document strategies, campaign logic, playbooks, and decisions in a way that new teammates can understand without constant handover meetings.
