Powerful Editor with Seamless AI Integration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion widely to write Technical Requirement Documents and draft blogs. Publishing is so easy with Notion, and the editor itself is more powerful than other doc editors like Google Docs. I like the new AI integration with the editor. It has helped me to fix grammar errors and formatting tables and paragraphs. The AI also assists in creating mock data that I can use in mock APIs and helps with creating the starter for PRD, TRD, etc. Notion has so many features that I haven’t explored, but I’m sure it can fit every use case related to docs. Setting up Notion was very easy, and they have a really good onboarding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tables are not a good fit for me in Notion. Changing the width and customization is a problem. I also feel having more styles in editing text can give more benefits. Tables should have the ability to take the full width of content. Regarding text style - user sometimes needs to give background color to blocks, which is not available right now in Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion simplifies publishing, has a powerful editor, and the AI integration helps fix grammar and format documents like PRDs and TRDs.

Intuitive, Visual, and Seamless for Community Teams

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how easy and intuitive it is to use, especially for marketing teams. It makes planning campaigns and organizing projects very seamless with its clean, visual layout. I also appreciate how easily it integrates with other apps, which helps streamline workflows and keep everything connected in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion can feel a bit overwhelming because of the wide range of options available for adding and organizing content. While the flexibility is powerful, it can be confusing for new teams who are just getting started and trying to understand how to structure their workspace effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information and disconnected workflows. Instead of managing campaigns, project plans, documents, and tasks across multiple tools, we’re able to centralize everything in one place. For our community team, this has significantly improved visibility and everyone knows where to find information. It’s also very easy to onboard new team members because of the connection between pages and the ability to create a versatile, well-structured homepage. This makes it simple for new members to navigate resources, understand workflows, and get up to speed quickly. Overall, it makes our processes more organized, efficient, and scalable.

Notion’s Templates Save Tons of Time and Make Getting Started Effortless

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is the wide range of templates available. They make it incredibly easy to get started, whether I’m organizing projects, creating documentation, or building internal resources. Instead of starting from scratch, I can use a template and customize it, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is how easy it is to edit or delete content, especially once a resource or page is already finalized. While flexibility is one of Notion’s strengths, it can also create risk; important information can be accidentally modified or removed without enough friction or safeguards.

I would love to see stronger default protection options, such as more granular editing permissions, a clearer “lock” feature for finalized resources, or an approval-based editing mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Notion as a centralized knowledge base where everything is stored in one place. This has made it much easier to organize documentation, create structured resources, and quickly search for what we need. As a result, we save time every day that would otherwise be spent switching between platforms or digging through files.

Versatile Tool for Streamlining Operations

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to search for any type of notes I've taken in the Notion database. It allows us to stay in sync and helps standardize our SOPs. I'm trying to move all of our team into Notion because I think it can significantly help us maintain coordination. We're working on a project with our VP of finance and operations to put all our SOPs, onboarding resources, and other department resources into Notion, aiming to create a larger knowledge base for every department. We currently have an employee hub with essential information, but using Notion, we hope to expand it into a comprehensive knowledge base for the entire company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think one of the areas that I ran into with Notion is in the databases we use for tracking. There's not a way to collapse the view, so if, for example, in my notes column I have a lot of notes, I don't have the option to expand and collapse each individual cell. This makes the margin really wide for that row, and that's kind of annoying. I would love the ability to collapse the views in the database. Also, I'm trying to push all my tasks from Google Tasks into Notion to just live in the Notion calendar, but I don't know if a feature like an urgent important matrix exists today. It would be helpful to keep tasks better organized visually. The project management aspect of Notion feels a little bit clunky from what I've seen. Also, there's a limitation because I know that I can push from Notion to Google Calendar, but I don't think I can push my Google tasks into Notion. It's kind of a limitation. With the notetaker, I would like to have a better user experience and not have to pay more for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep track of tasks and records for trade shows and conferences, ensuring timely registration and fee payments. It helps align teams and manage budgets. Notion also aids in conducting meetings, taking notes, and organizing personal tasks.

Simple and Easy to Use

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of use and the availability of features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the user interface isn’t very good, especially because it’s not clear whether I’m using a webpage or an app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me take AI notes during meetings and summarizes them perfectly.

Incredibly Customisable Workspace That Fits My Style

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Like their slogan - "Think it, make it", Notion offers an incredibly customisable workspace that I can personalise to my preferences.

That's my favourite thing about Notion!
What do you dislike about the product?
Its ability for customisable is also what some people may not like about it, because there's a slight learning curve when you're just getting started.

However, once you get used to it, it's a breeze.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing my information and managing my business workflows. I run my entire business (SalesDuo.io) through Notion, and use it on a daily basis.

Versatile Task Management with Stellar Automation

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the databases and various views for it in Notion. The workflow for automation is great and adds value to the business by keeping all stakeholders updated on project happenings. I appreciate the flexibility of managing anything with Notion. The initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to add my calendar events directly to Notion database. The database relationship is complicated. It should be simplified like any other RDBMS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track tasks, monitor budgets, and manage change requests for ISO certification using Notion. The automation helps keep everyone updated via email, adding value by aligning project updates with stakeholders.
