Problem: Teams often use multiple apps for different tasks, such as document creation, task tracking, communication, and file sharing, leading to fragmented workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the product, even though it has very reach functionality already, the releases they introduce are making it beyond amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion seems to have limitless functionality, but I feel I'm not using it fully. I think it would be very cool for notion to have something like mini "Notion academy"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my work with ease, keeping everything organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Great editor. Easy to share knowledge. Also awesome for personal todo's, and the mobile app works flawlessly.
It's replaced 95% of the times I need to tend to a Word processor or note-taking tool.

Missing a basic spreadsheet capability, which could replace the majority of times I need Excel.

We use it for most things that needs to be available to everyone; Knowledge base, databases that document internal stuff, meeting notes etc.

sheets are a bit complicated not intuitive coming from google sheets

What I like most about Notion is the possibility of sharing workspaces to manage projects with remote teams

It is an excellent tool for gathering information and organizing flows and processes involving different projects. The resources allow you to create monitoring schedules, manage tasks for multiple collaborators and create reports with intuitive and creative designs, making work easier

Very versatile tool, easy to use, with more and more features being added every month that makes you move from other tools to have everything in notion.

It's so versatile, that you end up with lots of pages, databases and things can get messy.

What I like most about Notion is the versatility of components that can be added to a workspace, enabling countless ways to categorize and systematize information.

Although very good, the learning curve of the tool is somewhat difficult

As a product manager, Notion is an excellent tool for organizing discovery information, planning research and creating satisfactory results reports

Notion has made my life easy because it morphs into what I want when I want it. I use it when I want to note down my fleeting thoughts or when I want to design intricate plans and everything in between.

I have to admit that when I first started working with Notion I was indeed getting lost in all that I can do with the application. It required some time to understand how to make the most of it.

It has definitely saved my harried head. Since all my details go into a single application, I am able to concentrate more and complete more tasks.
