Very good tool when we know the limits
What do you like best about the product?
Organise thoughts and build up. The pages are well organised and the blocks are super easy to move around. Re-organising is made easy and the visualisation is nice. The best is even the possibility to generate online website from pages for free in a few clicks
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is sometimes not clear especially when you bring people in the team. The billing is made a bit hidden somehow and hard to understand where it comes from but the support team is here to help
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising thoughts into build up documents in a single place with availability of ai in a simple key. Easy and accessible are the main advantages kf this tool

What do you dislike about the product?
With regard to Notion AI, I haven't encountered any major issues so far. I look forward to the accuracy of the model improving over time with more training.

Notion is solving several problems, including improving communication, streamlining note-taking, and facilitating quick and effective organization of notes and projects, especially with the help of AI.

I like that it keeps all the docs in one place and the icons on each page make its easy to identify the page with other advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The breadcrumbs pattern gets complicated if a document is inside another document, and so on.

It's a knowledge base of our company and we were looking for a tool that will serve as a single source of truth for a lot of projects that we are handling.

Notion has provided an easy way to share resources across my team. The functionalities are endless, and it's been straightforward to utilize to support onboarding and our program resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion's table features don't have the same editing functionalities as excel, however, it does provide a space to still organize information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's been a need to share resources and information externally with our program's enrolled students. The AI feature has helped streamline work and made work more efficient.

It's easy and simple database systems that can set up in different pages sort of like dashboards

The data tables are very limited in functionality, it would be good if they were like excel more

The best part about Notion is that it can be very personalized. I enjoy being able to customize my notion page to fit my current needs.

Difficult to use on my devices, especially in portrait mode. When I try to scroll side ways, I accidentally change the size of something.

-It's easy to use within the integrated notion platform. It can take existing information from workspaces, draw details, contextualize, and form a complete answer.
-It's excellent for copywriting. You can ask it to quickly summarize notes, write an email using different tones, or write copy from newsletters to case studies. It's a very powerful tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's still new, and in its infancy stages, so there are a lot of improvements that can be made.
-There are still technical bugs where responses will take a long time to generate or the spinning wheel of death will not generate responses at all, and I have to start over
-I wish Notion could draw answers from sources other than the workspace. It does conclude the internet to an extent, but sometimes the AI can't answer my questions.

Making writing content is so easy. It can easily take a long-form article or blog and create summary points. It can write an impact statement on my notes from a project, write emails from my bullet points and sound more professional. Saves me a lot of time.
Notion AI is really useful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion AI because it helps me brainstorm ideas and get into writing quickly. It also helps me fix grammatical errors since English is not my first language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Accessing Notion AI is a bit weird by pressing space or / symbol. Instead, Notion could use an alternative shortcut that does not interfere with existing behaviour.
