Positivity and optimism
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is much better than Notes I have used for years to handle my information: work, personal or family. Intuitive UI powered functionality. Pretty good synchronization due to different devices and linking through various applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please do the desktop application for MacBook. It is not convenient to use browsers and windows. Maybe better to try simplify the UI from the functional point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the AI assistant feature for different purposes, writing emails, greetings, meeting minutes, improving text for functional specifications and storing information.

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI features that notion have introduced gives a head start to prepare a document or brain storm initial thoughts which are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Copying experience, when I copy something it sometimes replace the whole text kind of frustrating for me.
- Better Ai suggestions whenever writing a doc, or maybe a way to save context in the notion which can AI later reuse.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to use, yet you can make it as complex as you wish. It has options for virtually any digital organizational function you would need. It blows all other competitors out of the water in most regards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion requires effort to design pages exactly how you want them to look and can be daunting to use to its full capacity. I also wish it had free drawing support on the iPad version so I could save handwritten notes. Otherwise, I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been my main tool for keeping track of all deadlines, to-do lists, and grade calculations during graduate school. Since the AI writing assistant became available, I've been using it for many different presentations for outlines, references, and summaries of medical literature.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is so good at translating, esp. from English to Korean; therefore, even if I use other AI tools to make content, write outlines or research, I use Notion AI to change the final output into Korean.

Well, so far so good. I don't want to complain, but it is sometimes rather slow.

Knowledge sharing and AI writing for practical business materials, such as working manuals, engagement guidelines, and checklists.
I am delighted with its usefulness.

What I like most is that the AI is helping me study and review at all times, giving me good advice on how to memorize text and make summaries.

What I like least is that it cannot create different documents, only tables and text.

Not always accurate on point. Atm I would not fully trust on Notion AI, but prrofread it.

Fast, efficient workflows that aren’t bloated by inefficient code. AI accelerated that further.
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, dynamic content embeds, strong formatting structure. Superb (best in class) AI integration. Strong integrations with 3rd-Party platforms like Google Workspace, Figma & more. Superb ability to quickly & easily integrate code into wikis & user guides.

Relatively limited functionalities with 3rd-party databases. Contact lists (as databases) for syncing directories with directory/provisioning services, are clunky.
Relatively unknown tool with few (as far as I know) training resources, like easy-to-understand videos makes it challenging to bring in external stakeholders to support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building dynamic, strong & thorough (+ accurate) wikis via the integration of the Anthropic AI tool for generative content support & amplification of productivity for writers/stakeholders.
Great with AI
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to improve automatically my writing by using the AI feature. I mostly use a page for writing several kinds of messages and has the AI to change the tone of voice and correct the spelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more database options were enabled. It would be better if I could connect a certain category of a database to a text or to another page.

Cataloging stuff: I have several different databases were I put information about items using the table view.

AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
Hyperlinks are great. I use it for academic research and have created databases for knowledge about different subjects, images and frameworks for writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database cannot be exported that easily from excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to work on the cloud in a notetaking environment that is flexible, database-oriented if needed and customisable.
