What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion organizes everything, centralizing my documents and project information to give me a single pane of glass. This allows me to see everything relevant to what I'm doing. Notion is seriously a game changer for me in terms of what I can do. I also love how I can interact with Notion AI using natural language, and it effortlessly builds a database for me, making the whole process very simple. The initial setup of Notion was incredibly easy, and overall, everything has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I've had with Notion is when I had to move some of my materials from one workspace to another. That process didn't work as seamlessly as I thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes my documents and project information, giving me a single view. It organizes everything, making it easier to manage product initiatives. With Notion AI, I can use natural language to build databases quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion invaluable for keeping all my documentation in one place. I appreciate its easy interface, which comes with multiple edit options and templates that help streamline tasks. The version history tracker is a handy feature, too. What I like most is the easy UI/UX, making navigation enjoyable. Notion also shines as a great alternative to Evernote for personal note tracking, and I can manage daily logs, track learning paths, brainstorm new ideas, and organize my movie and series watch list effortlessly. The initial setup was easy, which is a big plus.

Notion has poor offline functionality. Pages don’t load reliably without internet, and some actions remain unavailable offline.

Notion AI is The Most Action-Forward Second Brain for Managing Life and Work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion primarily as a personal knowledge management system, using a second brain template. It’s been amazing for that, and I especially like the new Notion AI features. The fact that it can take action inside Notion is a big deal for me. I’ve ended all my other AI subscriptions because nothing comes close to the personal context Notion has, along with its access to all my project-aligned data. For anyone who wants a robust personal knowledge management system to run all their life projects, hobbies, and work, it’s the most action-forward AI I’ve used—and it’s been amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the Notion Mail and Notion Calendar apps had more email and calendar integrations. I’ve used Outlook for years, and It cant effectively links the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to manage all my personal notes, tasks, and projects, and it’s become my one-stop shop for keeping everything in one place.

I really appreciate how quick Notion is and its AI integration, which makes fetching details and getting summaries a breeze. It's particularly helpful when I need to quickly gather information about a process or product to share with our customers. I found the initial setup to be very easy, and it's great that more than 500 people in our company use it to serve and respond to customers during our US working hours.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Notion to manage my work and life organization. First, it can link with my calendar, so I don’t have to bother with inserting everything manually. Another advantage is its flexibility. I can design my own customized pages using a block-based system. And the database function is very powerful with multiple views options. And the multi-device sync performances smoothily, which allows me to access my data wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it could be a little hard to use, because its rich features can be overwhelming. And when the databases are really large, they can't be shown fully and the performance may slow down. Also, AI tools are a little bit expensive.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for creating documents for our internal knowledge base and onboarding. The clean UI is something I really appreciate. I also like the create documents feature because I can create documents and send them to peers. Additionally, the initial setup of Notion was very easy.

it is kinda not user intuitive since I never used Notion before
