Notion AI is love
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is my best tool, thanks to Notion I can work remotely, plan my projects and live my dreams while traveling around the world. Thank you Notion :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some templates are difficult to learn, the prices are expensive in Argentina, my country. And there is no content created by Notion in Spanish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is a perfect Knowledge Hub, I am a remote teacher and CEO in my company Edtech, Notion solving tracks like transparency or knowledge management online.

I think the AI option still needs more work, right now you are able to improve the writing but you cannot really give other instructions to that part of the system

It's really really great - though there are some awkwardly challenging aspects
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is pretty cool - it's really my only experience using an AI tool so I have nothing else to compare it to but I really appreciate how I can use it to help me write in the context of a specific page. For example, I have a page within notion where I format all my cover letters. There are dozens of paragraphs saved in this page from my job search and I often use/reuse pieces from different paragraphs. Notion AI has been really helpful in using the content existing on that Notion page and writing in my tone. It has helped me a lot in this round of job applications as I can write better, faster cover letters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have mostly used Notion AI to help support my job application process, so I don't know that I have a ton of experience with it in other capacities, but I do notice that when I am attempting to use Notion AI in a blank page, it's not able to draw from any of the content in other pages to write. What I mean is that if I have content on a page, Notion AI seems to use that content as "context" for what I have asked for it to help me write. In the case that the page is blank, it doesn't seem that it can scan my entire Notion database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used a lot of note taking apps, but Notion is by far the best because of its flexibility. It has helped me immensely in taking workflows that are spread out all over different apps and allowed me to have a birds eye view of whatever is needed. The best part is I don't have to move content out of one place and replace it in Notion, I can link to Google Docs and Grive, PDFs, images, etc and still feel like everything is contained within Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
A very useful app to organise and note take as well as utilisation as a life planner. Many customisable components allows better personalisation in an aesthetically pleasing format. The AI allows these blocks to be more enhanced collectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI detections isn't great as it can become confined to the topic of the page and lacks full flexibility. There are some commands that aren't well detected with clarifying fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps provide solutions and suggestions for general problems and increases options for activities. As it can also become well embedded into pages it ensures greater intergration.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed using notion AI for university work, for example, to help make essay plans. Compared to other AI systems, it gave more accurate information for nice topics like scientific topics, with some references that were real, however at times this was not the case.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI wouldn't always understand the commands and would be harder to expand on answers compared to other AI systems. By improving the user interface it may be easier to navigate around the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time when it comes to planning both work for university and also life. I can find information from multiple different sources all in one place, making it easy to discard unnecessary information.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to see the broad picture of my database. It is mobile, expandable, simple, and continuous due to its design and structure which allows to create page within page.
What do you dislike about the product?
When taking notes, I wish there was more functions such as changing fonts, sizes, drawing shapes, use it as slides. Also, I wish the AI can creat pages and do unique formulas. I wish the button has more function as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to see the big picture of data I am building through making a dashboard and linking all the database. So, I can manage all the details including individual relationship with people.
Excellent Knowledge management with great Summarization and AI aides
What do you like best about the product?
I started with the ability to clip articles and bi-directional links and structured search, as I had over 20,000 items in my digital library. Notion AI has been beneficial as its summary has been better than what I get from Bingchat ( after feeding text via prompts: painful for long pieces) and Bard ( though Bard is faster and better).
I can also vary output as a table, bullet points and pros and cons segments.
Have used rewriting segments of long blogs for readability but need more time to figure the best way, or the AI needs more time. Suspect it's Anthropic Claude !!

What do you dislike about the product?
The web clip fails to grab annotated text ( yellow or blue highlighted segments) or import from saved HTML. The Table of Content generation only uses HTML Headings but should take hints on other ways to bullet main ideas.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is replacing my previous set of tools for the digital library. Had many old rare posts and pdf where the websites have ceased. Also, locating a document from faint recollection or faulty phrases was slow and time-consuming. Notion search is pretty good and hopefully will scale as the size of the database grows.
Notion also has pretty good formatting, and hierarchical blocks-based content and formatting are neat. I have seen many grat pages but my own creations are mere blogs with a bit of colour and icons

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of adapting the workspace to my specific needs, the templates that to helped me to start quickly, the integration with the AI that allows me to save a lot of time, stay creative and focused.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found yet a way to control it with my voice.
