A useful tool for a growing company
What do you like best about the product?
Hyper-intuitive, very easy to build a page tree, even a spider's web with cross-referencing systems. Everything is very visual. I have non-French-speaking collaborators on my team, and with Notion's AI, I'm now able to translate entire pages in a matter of seconds... while keeping my layout! A dream come true.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use, and it's also easy to make mistakes and delete content. It's possible to protect your pages, but with 500 employees, it quickly becomes time-consuming to target the right pages to protect in a space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Informations are centralized and accessible. It's never been easier to collaborate on subjects. The tool bends in all directions and can do just about anything.
Notion and in particular its AI feature has became a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibilty and powerful intergrations, but most importantly Databases!!
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes really long to load some of the databases, would be great to have faster response time

basivally manage my entire to do list and different life silos!
Notion has been brilliant, what I can use has been great for me & my daily functions at work.

The use of A.I. to assist with certain topics I know little about. The freedom to sort your folders as you see fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it is so comprehensive, it takes a while to learn how everything works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me define my Startup, where I want to go with it, and how I want to solve the problems I need to.
Notion AI for correction and faster work.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the templates, the community, the simplicity, and its AI (ChatGPT-like but so much faster).
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complicated to customize templates, and sometimes the options I want to use are hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have dyslexia, and Notion AI has helped me so much in my writing and grammar correction.
Best apps to get your ideas going
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has some of the best and most unique features in the market. One of them is the categorization of pages and blocks within pages. Additionally, the AI writer is a great tool to enhance your writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The iPad and iPhone experience is quite limited. Basic features like font changes and other styling options are missing, making it a less potent alternative to traditional software like Word or Evernote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize all of my ideas and tasks. Before using Notion, I had difficulty categorizing and identifying my notes. Now, with Notion, I have a well-organized database with all of my ideas structured in a clear and defined manner. The AI feature in Notion has improved my writing speed tenfold, making it a breeze to create more content.

It saves a lot of time
Quite resourceful and great for keeping everything organized.
What do you like best about the product?
Being database-oriented, the way we can organize all documentation and keep it within reach of the entire team, flexibility to combine documentation and ease of creating and using templates. The addition of AI was a great hit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance still leaves something to be desired, it becomes slow when documentation has a lot of content. Some flows aren't as intuitive either. Not being able to copy and paste tables from databases is also something that bothers me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and content production (Roadmaps, Project Scoping, Specs, and others). Also, we are using IA resources to help the team to produce decent documentation.
Great product with easy to use functionalities
What do you like best about the product?
- The AI power integrated into the docs to generate responses based on my query and also the auto-summary part.
What do you dislike about the product?
- integration with other doc platforms is not great

AI based text generation and I really like all the formatting features it has.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI Writing Assistant, this tool is so great it has helped bring my writing to the next level. And it has revolutionized meeting notes for me.

The user interface is not very user friendly. Wish it was a more conversational like Chat gpt

The AI writing assistant has helped with email writing and organization of meeting notes it has slso helped me to greatly improve my research projects
